We've given the DACA spawn of invaders forced to come to the US plenty of time to sign up. What makes more sense than an expiration date of DACA? Maybe June 1 would make sense. Anyone not signed up had plenty of time to demonstrate that they aren't lawbreakers following in the footsteps of their parents. Those not signed up, and their parents, should return to their homelands when the school year ends.
How does that not play well with US citizens? They had their opportunity, and they didn't take it.
Why is it a bad thing?
You have Jared Kushner sitting in the White House as an advisor to President Trump — while at the same time his sister is out pimping EB-5 visas to foreigners on the basis of potential changes to the visa program under the Trump administration. You bet your @ss this stinks to high heaven.
The INVESTMENT PROPERTY is what she is selling.

Bear in mind I am completely in agreement deporting adult illegals who broke the law entering the country.
Their children who are here because of their actions is an entirely different matter.
DACA is the tbird rail of the immigration issue.
She is selling eligibility for visas. That is what they are blatantly pitching.
And it may be legal, but it is a program we shouldn’t have and if the Dems get the House in 2018 the Trumps and Kushners may very much come to regret the nepotism and the profiteering off nepotism.
Because politicians and government employees are not supposed to be profiting off official positions like that.
Advertising that by buying your investor visa through them you are doing business with the president’s family is rank corruption. Not really different from foreigners buying influence with then Sec. Clinton by donating to her foundation or hiring her husband at an exorbitant rate to give a speech.
I caught living hell for this opinion, but almost every week since, I've been proven right...and I'm gratified to see more and more people are also seeing the light.
And I hope some folks lay off that we're "anti-Trumpers". We're PRO-Trumpers who don't want to see the Trump Train derailed by an ongoing negative issue that could, would and should be rather easily rectified.

You shouldn't have, and people should know better. We didn't elect the President's kids or in-laws. What qualifies those two to be intimately involved in policy? Nothing.
Then candidate Trump promised his kids would not be involved in the administration, yet it was the first promise he broke. Like most FReepers, I deeply want this President to succeed, but this is an unforced error that does not serve him well at all.
Trump is tasked with re-introducing capitalism into a govt. that was co-opted by the socialists for eight long years.that alone is as tough as it gets he doesn't need distractions.
You’re missing my point. They had time, years with Obama, and now the first few months of Trump’s administration. And still, they have not signed up. That makes them as criminal as their parents. Why should they stay when they were told they had to register, had plenty of time to do so, and didn’t? The LAST THING we need is the spawn of invaders following in their parents’ lawbreaking ways. Send them home. By not signing up by now, it’s them not just their parents who flaunted our laws.
I’ve been uncomfortable about Jared/Ivanka’s role, but accepting of it until it played out. The situation is even worse than I’d feared. And those saying we’re “anti-Trumpers” just have not been following. It does seem that those who first expressed unease, then graduating to serious dissent to the Prince and Princess having these roles in the administration are among the very first of the Deplorables. It’s up to us to get through to President Trump on this and other important issues. Swamp creatures have clouded the water, and maybe affected President Trump’s views.

The EB-5 visa has been around for a long time. All he is doing is educating people about available programs... and the Libs want to paint him as a crook.

That's not my point. Instead of choosing huge sums from invaders who can pay their way into the country by this means, why not sell it as 50,000 shares of stock at $10? If it's a good deal, the shares will sell to US citizens. If it isn't a good deal, that would mean these rich Chinese investors are buying their way to citizenship, facilitated by the Kirshner clan.
Could be that we don’t know the breeds, given the prevalence of abortion among the gilded Left.
