Boston EMS, firefighters and police rushed to Tomahawk Drive after a vehicle mowed into unsuspecting citizens.

Local news radio said it was a taxi that went out of control in a taxi staging area and that most of the people hit were taxi drivers. No word on the name of the driver of the taxi.

The report assumes facts not in evidence, There is difference between random victims of this incident and "citizens" and I cannot help but think that word choice was part of the deliberate campaign to make an equivalent between citizens who have the voting franchise and the general population.
