Can anyone remember the Drudge Report going gray in the past? It's sort of ominous with the North Korea headline.

Drudge has gone grey in the past. I don’t recall Drudge being as dormant and loaded with fluff stories that stay all week as they have now since the Awan bros and DWS story caught some steam. But then the site is a bit of a reflection of the entire journalistic profession- barely on life support.
Yes, he does this from time to time... And I asked the same question earlier in a different thread. Nice to see the topic on its own.
I’ve been an avid Drudge reader since the late 90s and I’ll still don’t know why he does this ! BUT I do think it’s a signal of some kind. To whom and to what I have no clue.
Someone here must know the answer........!

Well it was a very gray and overcast day in NYC today. Uncharacteristically cool and gloomy for August. So perhaps Drudge went gray out of sympathy for us. After all, we all know how the world revolves around New York City.
What does that mean?
