The donor class is figuring out that they are not part of the establishment either. LOL.

Use your money wisely and put it towards defeating and destroying Collins. She wants to run as Governor, poison the wells for her until she works with the President or just make sure she loses. Best place to spend your money is to ensure her failure.
To: Slyfox
Amen! Me too. We need more folks to do as we do. Money only to candidates, never to the organization.
The various Repub organizations are like the United Way. They gladly take your donation, strip off their generous cut and then THEY decide where your money should go.
No, no. Donate directly to the candidate of your choice. That’s the only way to guarantee your donation is being spent as you intended.

The problem is not McConnell and Ryan; it is the members: McCain, Collins, Paul, etc. Does McCain still have his office? Does Collins still hold her committee roles? If they do, then McConnell is giving them "wink, wink" permission to vote the way they do.
To: upchuck
Good point. These monkeys not only don’t write legislation but they don’t even read it!!

I’m not so sure I want to see the GOP moved to action... usually is not in the best interest of the American population but the people who are writing the checks.

Both men are either completely incompetent or hate Trump so much that they don't want to give Trump anything to sign.
Either way, they have to go.

McConnell and Ryan are in big trouble.
Trump, originally an unknown quantity, is proving to be a very, very good president -possibly the best in our lifetime.
McConnell and Ryan are proving to be the worst Congressional leaders in history, which is quite an accomplishment after Pelosi and Reid.
Many who were skeptical of Trump are believers and many who were believers in McConnell and Ryan are disgusted with them.
McConnell and Ryan need to get their acts together or get gone and the Republican donor class is getting ready for option two.

No it is all of them. McConnell and Ryan can use their positions to by pass the likes of the traitor McIsane and Collins but haven’t the courage to do so. All are a part of the problem and not the solution.

It’s not even that Trump is a great president. It’s that, at his worst, he at least tries. Those two seem to think their only job is making excuses for why they didn’t.
