6. Is Yahoo News considered to be a credible source by the FISA court? If so, why? What makes it credible in the eyes of the court? What other online sources are considered credible?

The reporter on that one, Michael Isikoff, has a long-term relationship with the intelligence community, and previously coauthored a book about Plamegate with David Corn, one of the other reporters who illegally received information about the FBI's investigation of the Fusion GPS memo. He has also worked closely with Mark Hosenball, who was a Soviet asset deported as a security threat by the British government in the 1970s.

22. Is the FISA court compromised? Who were the judges who signed off on these warrants? Did they actually find probable cause or are they participants in these crimes?

These are the current FISA Court judges:

I've heard the judge in these cases was Rudolph Contreras.

[ But the FBI used the Clinton Dossier as their primary justification for spying on Team Trump! ]

I have a diagram!

The memo seems to imply that they need a new reason for each renewal. Not sure if that entirely makes sense. I.e., if you’re spying on me because you think I’m plotting a terrorist plot and after 90 days I haven’t blown anything up, I don’t magically stop plotting. Maybe the court is looking for something to show that I’m still a threat. Like I’ve moved from buying bomb supplies to testing bombs or something.

9. What was Comey's game in briefing President-elect Trump about the dossier in January 2017?

Comey was setting up the pretext for the appointment of a Special Counsel.

16. When are we going to see arrests?

I doubt we will see any arrests. We would need a far more honest, aggressive attorney general for that to happen. There are no words strong enough to describe how disastrous Sessions has been in the AG job.

All those firings ocurred after Trump was inaugurated
They were allegedly looking for “Russian collusion in the election” after the inauguration- against a sitting President?

Another question I just thought of:

What were the dates on all these warrants? These would be interesting and informative.

#4. the name cody shearer has come up for another dossier

#5. Clinton campaign and the DNC paid Perkins Coie 9 million...how much for the dossier ? who knows ....who, from each entity, authorized the payments ? Whoever cut the checks knows who authorized him\her to do so. Nobody in MSM thought to chase that down ? Do DNC and Hillary campaign have to have accounting statements on expenditures ?

“The DemonRats FBI, DOJ, etc. said release of this memo would harm national security?”

Yes...by saying that before the release, and it not being true as evidenced by what is in the released memo..... they are continuing to lie. Lying to the FISA COURT behind closed doors, openly lying to the American people.

And if and win Contreras found out the basis for his FISA rulings and his decision on Flynn, does he have more responsibility than just a recusal? Who is in the picture to represent justice, fairness, the American people. The judge has to know by now his warrants were based on bad info, no responsibility to fix?

Ouderkirk...... let’s assume a crapload of unmasking daily updates were published in the Presidential daily briefings but one decoded all the whos being referenced in the PDBs. They could never be made public, so what sort of court/trial would handle the suits of the unmaskees being discussed everyday for a year or more? How can you prove you were being discussed if the evidence is above top secret?

I’ll give you another question to ask:

This memo states that Carter Page was the person targeted. Was any other person associated with the Trump campaign included in the FISA warrant? If so, who? If not, how were other people’s conversations intercepted, identified and used?

Carter Page went to Russia in July of 2016. He was not engaged in any nefarious activity, or at least any that can be proved.

They took the dossier, and the trip added some spice and the went for a Title 1 FISA warrant alleging that Page was a SPY.

The Title I warrant allowed them to look at EVERYONE who came into contact with him.

The key here is the Title I, not a Title VII query.

two separate but linked issues. Carter Paige was a target of Russian intelligence recruitment in 2012. the original fisa warrant in 2013 was on paige. when paige became a foreign policy analyst for the campaign Obama/Clinton saw the perfect way to game the system.

"11. How many text messages per day does the average FBI employee send? If it's as many as Page and Strzok, how do they get any actual work done?"

You might also want to ask the question: Are there any rules in place that restrict the use of government-owned phones for personal use? Surely there has to be, but it looks like these two ignored them, and did what they wanted. How stupid are these two, to have exchanged controversial text messages, knowing that those messages would automatically be backed up somewhere else? About as dumb as Hillary Clinton having her own private server, and John Podesta using the word "password" as his email password.

“Not sure if it’s typical, but maybe they did it for the same reason Joseph Stalin used to force other people to co-sign execution orders? Get the blood on as many hands as possible.”

The dilution of the corruption is the solution. Leftists are the same here, the world over, and throughout history.
