It bears reminder the FL shooter had no prior criminal record - so no background checks would have stopped him from buying firearms.
And confiscating guns wouldn’t have prevented the Parkland massacre.
All the demands for action miss the point. What needs to be fixed isn’t access to guns but people’s values.

Mass murder is always the reward for creating a Humanist culture. The Democrats are just angry because they wanted the government to be doing it by now.
At this point in the Republic’s decline, the kids would be better off not going to school at all. They could probably learn more just sitting home and watching “How Things Work” on YouTube.

How about demanding the schools stop destroying kids’ Christian/Jewish value systems and replacing them with liberalism?
Any students who walk out to protest should be charged with school delinquency. The leftist organizers who enticed the children should be charged with aid and abetting and child abuse.
