TAOS, New Mexico - The U.S. city of Albuquerque passed measures on Monday that make it harder for federal officials to deport illegal immigrants, a week after a federal judge blocked a Trump administration effort to withhold funding from cities that took such steps.
Albuquerques majority-Democratic council voted 6-3 in favor of a measure to prevent federal immigration officials from entering city-operated areas, including a prisoner transport center, without a warrant.
In a televised meeting, the council also barred city workers, including police, from collecting information on peoples immigration status and prohibited local tax dollars from being spent on federal immigration law enforcement.

¡Ay, caramba! Such a colorful mosaic. I can tell what they are Dreamin’ about, and it ain’t California.
And I was thinking about applying for a license to practice in New Mexico. Have to re-think that now...
Making America Mexican Again. MAMA.
Rather than addressing our rapidly increasing crime problem in Albuquerque, the new mayor and city council members would rather focus on ways to make our city LESS safe. There are already certain parts of the city that are totally unsafe to venture into.
Its very telling how radically Democrat-Socialists have evolved when it comes to the influx of illegal aliens. Theyve largely abandoned the concerns and interests of legal citizens in favor of foreign nationals, with devastating results. They are despicable.
Illegal aliens are NOT immigrants.
Immigrants are people who applied to be Americans, paid their fees, learned the language, waited their turn and complied with the laws.
Illegal aliens don’t.
Any elected official in the USA that encourages the colonization of this country should be removed from office.
And lots of them wear R jerseys to fool people.
Flake, Corker, Hatch, Heller, Alexander, Graham, McCain, Murkowsky, Hoeven, Rubio, Tillis, Burr, Lankford, Gardner, Cornyn, Cochran, Collins, Sasse, Kennedy, Shelby, Ernst, Blunt, McConnell, Wicker, Portman, Isakson, Johnson, Toomey, Rounds, Thune, Gaines, Barasso and Enzi are all Bush League Republicans hell bent on making America into North Mexico
To understand the scale of the illegal alien problem, 12 million illegals is equal to the combined population of Idaho, Hawaii, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Montana, Delaware, South Dakota, Alaska, North Dakota, DC, Vermont, and Wyoming.

Yep, it’s all those freebies for life thanks to all the democrats who really only see another democratic vote forever.
.
12 million is approximately 1/3 of the actual number of illegal aliens in the USA.
It’s much worse than the Ministry of Propaganda is willing to admit.
Totally agree.
These Democrats wear R jerseys and claim to be conservatives while supporting amnesty and open borders.

It’s just the City of Albuquerque, not the whole state.
Disregard the measures and enforce anyway.
Albuquerque: Another city I’m glad I don’t live in.
or, to be grammatically correct:
Albuquerque: Another city in which I’m glad I don’t live.
Either way, glad I’m not there.
Looks like they did make that left turn at Albuquerque.
A little over a year to go and I then I plan to escape from the Republic of Eastern California.
What a load of crap. One stupid liberal judge can tell the president what to do. this needs to get to the Scotus right away and should be ignored until they rule on it.
