Hmmmm. Normal democratic street creds for female smackdown? Didn't seem to hurt steve sisolack running for Gov in Calvada/Nevafornia last week. Good news on another front is that the one remaining state senate seat was won by an "R" by around 24 or 25 votes down in vegas thereby denying the "d's" a super majority in the state senate by one seat. Not sure if that's enough to help us or not since they now have the Gov mansion, the Lt Gov seat, the AG seat and a majority in the state house. Not good and I don't see it reversing.

Every U.S. citizen at least 35 years old is constitutionally eligible to run for the presidency. Also, with regard to his domestic violence incident, every man is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
So when considering the above, this Michael Avenatti has the right to seek the presidency in the upcoming 2020 election cycle.

This guy is something. He beats his law partner out of millions of dollars of income, he beats the IRS out of hundreds of thousands of dollars, and he beats his girlfriend black and blue, yet still believes he can be taken seriously as a presidential candidate. Of course, being a Democrat, perhaps that belief is not so unreasonable.
