Mueller’s anthrax investigation was as big a pile of BS as this is. I wonder if he cleansed the involvement of a certain nation in that attack and laid the blame on a conveniently and freshly deceased wmd scientist because it was easier than coming up with evidence that would fit Nancy Pelosi’s narrative, supplied to her by Cuba via Rosenberg and Meryl Nass, that the perp was Hatfill.

<">No, they likely won’t have the votes, even in the House. But try they will. And that’ll actually work to POTUS’ advantage. "

I think impeachment by the House is now a foregone conclusion. The Rats only need a simple majority. The question becomes remova! of the President by the Senate. 15 Republicans would need to join the Democrats to vote to remove. Never say never as Trump Derangement Syndrom is based on personal hatred of Trump. Never say never.

Historically with Mueller, he never finds the crime that is suggested....he goes onto finding statements that are untruthful, bad tax submissions, or unreported income. Trump refused to play along with any of these normal Mueller ‘games’. Maybe if they’d had a totally different lawyer involved....it would have gone in a different way. But typically, Mueller doesn’t get you on the crimes that were originally suggested.

Doesn’t matter. Dems have no intention of actually impeaching POTUS. It’s about the daily news cycle and that is all.

I just got a rare notification (fake) “news” text on my phone parroting the Democrat talking points of the day. Mueller delivered for them.

I see on twitter Graham is letting it be and still giving him top cover. Disgusting beyond words.

One can only conclude from that circus that AG Barr does not have a problem with Mueller undermining POTUS.

Quite the opposite. Barr knows that Mueller knew there was "no there, there" even before he started his "investigation". After Comey was fired, Comey called Mueller on his way back to D.C. to plan how Mueller would be appointed as Special Counsel with the assistance of Rosenstein.

The walls are closing in on the Deep State's attempted coup, and Mueller was part of it. Mueller resigned because he wants to avoid being forced to answer questions from the IG or the team Barr is putting together.

“If we had confidence the president DID NOT commit a crime we would have said so.

It is amazing how Mueller's innuendo overshadows the statement.

“If we had confidence the president DID commit a crime we would have said so.

I am a former Marine. I know many honorable former Marines. This criminal oaf is an “EX” Marine. He has no honor, integrity or honesty. What a jerk. This compromised loser should arrested for his many crimes.

RE: “If We Had Confidence President Did Not Commit a Crime We Would Have Said So”

There are so many ways to parse this. We can also parse that to mean:

1) If we had confidence that the President DID commit a crime, we would not have said so.

2) If we had confidence that the President DID commit a crime, we would have said so.

3) We suspect that the President did commit a crime and are confident that he did, but we have no good evidence to show that he did. So, we leave you with this suspicion hanging in the air, make of it what you wish.

( fill your other parse words here )

#1 would be nonsense at best or dereliction of duty at worst.

#2 Simply tells us that they are unsure if the President did commit a crime.

I believe #3 seems to be the more plausible interpretation. But since they could not provide good evidence, the presumption of innocence in our legal system still applies.

Now that Mueller has resigned, he can’t be forced to answer question from the IG or anyone else within the DoJ. When he is subpoenaed to testify before a grand jury, he must testify truthfully or assert his 5th Amendment right. Same thing if subpoenaed by a Congressional committee.

I will not be testifying before either the house or the Senate

If they want him to he must go before them, he basically doesn't want questions from conservatives so notice Nadler has dropped it.

I don’t think Trump should allow himself or the country to be dragged through impeachment proceedings for the next two years. I’d rather he go scorched earth and release everything he can get his hands on to the public and say screw them all.

Prosecutors either have enough to bring charges or they don’t....it is not up to them to declare anything else....bring a charge or shut up.
