This scumbag should be arrested for being the bagman in the uranium 1 scandal.

Can Barr arrest Mueller for anything? I don’t believe for a minute Barr, who’s far away in Alaska now, knew this was going down.

So we’ve now enshrined Dan Rather logic into criminal law.
There’s no proof Trump committed a crime - but we know he did therefore we should impeach him.

This is bullshit, unconstitutional, anti-American and an outright witch hunt as well as governmental power run amok.

Mueller should be immediately charged with malpractice - he knows it which is why he just resigned.

If the Democrats insist on impeachment at this point then they must be forced out at gun point.

This is out of control abuse of government offices and MUST BE CHECKED

Robert Mueller 11:05 - “All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.”

Robert Mueller 11:06 - “If We Had Confidence President Did Not Commit a Crime We Would Have Said So”

I’m wondering if Barr would have prevented Mueller’s statement if he had not been in Alaska yesterday and today. The timing is interesting. Mueller should not have made such a statement at all. His announcement should have been limited to:

“I am resigning from the Department of Justice. I will not be testifying before either the house or the Senate. The redacted Special Counsel’s Report stands as written. I want to thank the men and women who worked with me in the past two years. I will take no questions. Good bye.”

Mueller could barely read the statement prepared for him, he constantly stumbled over it. This was the ONE time he would speak publicly, and he was incapable of giving a smooth performance.

There’s no way he could stand up to questioning without being exposed for the figurehead he was.

He would have to have Weissman at his elbow and after every question asked of him, turn to Weissman and ask, “what should I say?”

They all knew the framing of Donald Trump for conspiracy to hack the DNC and Podesta was a hoax from the very start.

Yet if they could somehow have pulled it off, they would have gotten the president removed from office for that. All they were left with was trying to convert the president’s justified outrage over the hoax into “obstruction of justice.”

These are scum deserving of no respect from any American who treasures our Constitution and the Rule of Law.

I can write 400 pages of report on Mueller without finding that he committed a crime but I guarandamntee you I can honestly report that I did not find him innocent. It won’t take me two years and millions of dollars to do it.

Understand this situation. A LIFE LONG law enforcement agent / lawyer has essentially stated that after a year and a half of intense investigation with the FULL authority of the Government and cooperation, occasionally forced from numerous witness, that it CAN NOT DETERMINE IF A CRIME HAS BEEN COMMITTED. James Madison comes to mind:

The internal effects of a mutable policy are still more calamitous. It poisons the blessings of liberty itself. It will be of little avail to the people, that the laws are made by men of their own choice, if the laws be so voluminous that they cannot be read, or so incoherent that they cannot be understood: if they be repealed or revised before they are promulg[at]ed, or undergo such incessant changes, that no man who knows what the law is to-day, can guess what it will be to-morrow.

… and...….as we all know; - A person is innocent until proven guilty.

Trump is innocent.

They have not found any proof of any crime that would convict President Trump of any wrong doing in a court of law.

Game over for the Special Counsel Coup attempt to overthrow the newly elected President of the United States.
It was a failed attempt.

If I had any doubt that muller is a lying SOB I would have said so, but I can’t say with certainty that he isn’t a miserable, sniveling, piece of crap sworn to the service of the democrat party.

In other words, Orange Man Bad but we just can’t prove it.

We did give it our best shot though. It only took two years and $30 Million Taxpayer funded dollars.

I didn’t think the scope of the investigation was to determine that the president did not commit a crime but rather that he did. Impeach if you must, but you will gain no respect for doing it, and may have issues walking around in public in your home districts.

This was strategy right out of the gate.

This was the entire reason for the never ending and infinite expansion into every cell of every Trump relationship, as well as engaging the highly corrupt and anti-Ameeican Southern District of NY.

And it’s all coming from the same people who regularly violate at least half of the first 10 Amendments, who hand delivered uranium to Moscow, shut down proven criminal investigations, silence real witnesses, and obtain criminal records activity for the purpose of destroying the evidence, or granting imunity to all the guilty.

Mueller thinks he is smarter than we are. Notice how his sleight of hand starts with the his apptmt. order to determine if the 2016 election was interfered with. As an aside, this is a stupid mandate since everyone knows there has always been foreign interference to some degree just as we regularly meddle in foreign elections. So with regard to the basic mandate, there was nothing new there to discover. Now watch the magician’s hands. As he distracts you with his right hand - the Russians meddling - with his left hand, he suddenly pulls out of the hat the insinuation or implies that Trump may have been behind the meddling. Again, there is not a shred of evidence to support this smear. Then, after making this totally outrageous accusation, he leaps to obstruction of justice when Trump get rightfully incensed and mad over being falsely accused of being behind the meddling. Can you see the trick they are trying to get away with? Don’t fall for it.

So they can exonerate you if they are 100% sure you are innocent but they can never clearly state that you did something wrong? That’s total BS.

“If We Had Confidence President Did Not Commit a Crime We Would Have Said So”

Considering the number of potential crimes that can be committed in the US (invented or otherwise), I doubt he could say that about 80% of the US population.

This is a transparent attempt to avoid the questions that would be asked by the minority if he agreed to appear before the house committee. I wonder if the Rats will subpoena him or accede to his wishes.

If I were Lindsey Graham, I would subpoena Andrew Weissmann and ask him a few questions.
