Joe Biden came into Tuesday’s primaries riding a wave of voter confidence about his chances of victory in November.
Democratic primary voters in Missouri and Mississippi are more likely to think the former vice president could defeat President Donald Trump in the general election, compared with Biden’s top rival, Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, according to AP VoteCast surveys in the two states.
That perception of electability is part of what is drawing Democrats to rally around the more moderate Biden, who has emerged as the Democratic primary front-runner thanks to moderate and conservative voters moving quickly in his direction.

Most of the polls in Michigan close in an hour (A few are in the central time zone.). I think Michigan and the rest will tell us a lot about Bernie’s campaign viability. Dem voters seem to have pivoted heavily to Biden.

Long before November, even the press shilling for him can't hide the fact that his mind is lost...physically.
In 1972, George McGovern chose Thomas Eagleton to be his running mate. It likely would have had no effect on his abilities, but a true story was reported that Eagleton had depression problems a decade past, connected with drug therapy and electric shock therapy. With that, the Democrats forced Eagleton from the ticket, after the successful nomination and drafted Sargent Shriver to be the running mate for Vice President.
I don't know how you force a nominee for President from the ticket. The country can't miss the fact that Biden is, at best, a puppet for some puppeteer, who is the man behind the curtain to whom no one is supposed to pay attention.
What I can't see is why these puppeteers or this puppeteer is so calloused as to send such a mentally feeble old buzzard with as much baggage as Biden has into that arena. Such is the moral state of the Democratic Party these days.
