A Kentucky high school is "infested" after a snake and a mouse fell from classroom ceilings last week, according to a teacher.
Nathan Spalding, an English teacher at Henry Clay High School in Lexington, wrote on Facebook that he found a baby rat snake that fell from the ceiling and appeared to "cuddle" his desk phone.
"Our school is infested with roaches, spiders, and mice," Spalding wrote. "Our school now seems to also have a nest of snakes living in the ceiling."

The only problem, which is the real one, is the National Education Association Communists on the faculty and the staff; getting rid of them will take far larger vermin eating snakes, like anacondas and reticulated pythons. The school immediately needs to import several of those critters to take care of the NEA communists. If any of them objects, showing anxiety, she should be told not to worry because she's just going to get big hug therapy.
That sounds like the beginning of a joke:
“A Snake and a Mouse walked into a Bar...”
That school needs a Honey Badger. It’ll take care of the mice and snakes.
It’s kentucky...stop complaining and clean it up!!! Geeeez...that’s your biggest problem??
Sounds like a job for the Turtle Man.
Hey! Leave the rat snakes alone! All they want are the mice!
My son and I were having lunch at the Stanford Golf Course restaurant some years ago. It has an open ceiling with nice open trusses. SPLAT! A mouse fell off the truss and landed on the floor right next to us, knocked out cold.
Better snakes and rats than NEA members teaching their squalid and very smelly agenda.
Not even close to kidding.
Remember, one can easily rid the snakes and rats. Liberals won’t let you do that with the teaching snakes and rats.
Sounds like a drop ceiling.
We had drop ceilings in the Air Force dorms. I’d put a Dorito on top of a tile and wait for the crunching, then try to knock the tile out from under the mouse.
“Hey! Leave the rat snakes alone! All they want are the mice!”
Exactly. And the spiders want the roaches.
Another time, my buddy and I were exploring the rock shoreline of the island next to ours when we came across a small boa constrictor. Buddy tried to pick it up and he got bit....he thought he was going to die.
He's the only person I know to have ever been bitten by a wild boa.....LOL!
Anywhere south of the Mason Dixon line...
Look before you sit on the “throne.”

I have big ol’ black snakes in my attic. They keep the mice population down.
I once worked an office that had bats in telephone switch closet.
My relative has squirrels in the house in little homes they build for them and now has lots of mice....
They cannot see one brings in the other. I was told they discovered a mouse in the window a/c chewing on the styrofoam. I bet they are eating the wires in the house too.
Send them to Martha’s Vineyard.
