Republican Michael Henry slightly leads Democrat state Attorney General Letitia James in her reelection bid to continue serving as the state’s top law enforcement officer, a Trafalgar Group survey revealed this week.
The most recent survey found that Henry, within the 2.9 percent margin of error, leads James in her reelection bid by one point.

I sincerely hope Michael Henry and Lee Zelden kick these two partisan hacks out of Albany.
After the 2020 Steal, I fear that we're fixing to see it brazenly applied to all republicans right across the board in the MidTerms.
The only hope I have was that in 2021, VA flipped from D to R, and the reason it did was because a whole lot of grass roots republicans became poll watchers and there were too many eyes on the process for the Rats to cheat.
She’s a POS but polls are nothing but BS. You can’t agree with polls you like hate the ones you don’t like. All polls are biased and pure BS. They may get them right occasionally but the only true poll is the results on election day and as we know, they can be changed as needed.
Trafalgar seems to be spreading its wings. We’ll see how accurate their polling models are once the results come in.
Question the theft of elections and you’ll be canceled and put before a political kangaroo court and tossed in prison.
When a poll result is within the MOE - nobody leads (by definition). How I wish “journalists” would take an intro statistics course.
Gonna take more than that. NY is so rigged now with the mail in ballots. We saw that in 2020 big time.
The fraud in New York Sh*tty will drag letitia over the finish line.
That bitch needs to go down.
Time to flush the toilet it stinks of sh##
I think Henry may win and Zeldin may win, and that tells you how big a wave we’re about to see.
Slightly leading is not good enough in Democrat run states.
And Trafalgar has Zeldin - 2 but with a 2.9% margin.
The only thing that might save NYS us that Deep State might be too worried about showing its hands before the next presidential race to steal too many off-year elections in NYS.
But if they should take that chance and Hochul is installed, the conga line leaving NYS will become a stampede.
