My Prediction For The 2022 Election
The Reason For My faith ^ | 10/18/22 | Chuck Ness

web counter

Throughout American history there has been events in the country were things were so precarious that the voters decided en masse to change things. Below are a few graphs I created, to give you an idea how the American voters responded to these bellwether moments. These graphs offer a glimpse at how the political landscape can change, if we the voters truly want to stop the madness we see going on with our leaders.

To get a picture of what we are facing today, I chose to focus on the 1994 mid term election, the 2010 mid term election, and the 3 elections following the Stock Market Crash of 1929. These elections give us a glimpse of how the voters reacted to events effecting their lives, which they perceived are caused of the politicians running things. I am also including the shifts in governors races along with state legislatures of "1994" and "2010", and two maps to help you see how the states are looking in this election. All this to show how the voters turned their anger on politicians locally and nationally. Which we will see happening again this November.

I'll begin with the most recent election of 2010, when President Obama and the Democrats in Congress were destroying the economy while threatening to take over the healthcare industry. The result was the most devastating defeat for a political party in 78 years. It was in 1932 when Republicans lost 99 seats in the House and 11 seats in the Senate. Under Obama, the Democrats lost 64 seats in the house and 6 in the Senate. It must be stated that after the 2010 election, the Democrats defied the American voters demands, by passing Obamacare with a lame duck Congress. So after we defeat the Democrats in November, can we expect them to double down on stupid before their term is over?

Then we go back to the 1994 election which was 2 years after the Clintons won the Whitehouse, and the first time a big push was made by a political party to take control of American's health care system. This debate exacerbated the many problems voters had with the Clinton's and their allies in Congress. Which led the voters to show up in droves to make a change in 1994. In what was officially called the Ditto-Head caucus, the Republicans took control of both Houses of Congress. Other than 79th Congress of 1947-1949 and the 83rd Congress of 1953-1955, the Republicans were used to being in the minority for most of the second half of the 20th century.

Now we come to a couple elections when Republicans found themselves on the wrong end of a historic defeat.

While doing my research for relevant election cycles I realized that the anger of the voters at Republicans over the financial woes of the country just kept gaining steam as the Depression set in. People began looking to the government for help, which led to many Socialists getting elected. A similar thing we see the Democrats hoping they can create again as they try their best to duplicate the misery of the Great Depression for their political gain. Sadly, it is at times when the government becomes the most intrusive upon our lives that our misery becomes more rampant. So the people do look to the very government that put them in misery to help solve their financial woes. OH what a vicious web of dependance our leaders weave for us to be trapped by, just to satisfy their lust for power.

Following the Stock Market crash of 1929, it took 3 consecutive elections from 1930 to 1934, for the Democrats to gain a super majority of the government. In 1929 the Republicans controlled 30 Governorships to 18 for the Democrats, 53 Senate seats to 39 by Democrats, and 270 House seats to 165 by the Democrats. When the dust had settled after the 1934 election, the political landscape had changed drastically with the Democrats controlling 38 Governorships, 69 US Senate seats, and 322 House seats.

Over a four year span, the voters held the Republican Party responsible for the policies which led to all the financial woes of America. We can debate who was responsible, but regardless of what the facts are, I offer a glimpse of the results of how the American people saw things and what they did to change course. One reason it took 4 years for things to settle is that news traveled slow and many citizens were not as in tune with the election process. However, as the depression lingered, the effects it had on the mindset of Americans was quite evident by the time 1934 election was complete.

Today we are 22 days out from another election that historians will be studying for years to come. When you look at the mood of the voters, it is evident that by the time the 118th Congress is sworn in Republicans will gain both chambers. It is no longer a question of "if", but rather how big the sweep will be. In the graphs I put together, you will see that I made my predictions, and highlighted them in yellow. I am convinced the Republicans will win much bigger than many believe.

Here are just some of the ancillary evidence to take into consideration for what this election will most likely turn on.

As of today, the numbers of early voters are down historically, which means Democrats could care less. Republicans will not send in their vote by mail unless forced by law. We will crawl over broken glass to vote in person, as we did in 2022.

Independent voters are overwhelmingly telling liberal pollsters they will vote Republican.

Black men are angry at the Democrats, and even liberal polls are showing this.

Hispanic voters are the fastest growing conservative group in America. They are leaving the Democrat party in droves. Mostly because they are the biggest pro-life, pro-Christian, anti-gay, anti-Socialist demographic group in the country. They will be mostly voting Republican.

States where Democrats seldom see opposition are now confronted with many, many female voters who are telling pollsters,

"I am pro-choice, but I am voting Republican to protect my children."

Yes, those are quotes being heard time and time again across the country in strong Democrat areas.

I offer two maps to help you see how the states are looking in this election, and when you consider past elections you begin to understand the ramifications this election will have on the federal, state, and all the way down to school boards and even dog catcher if anyone is running for that job.

I think this is pretty close. After the smoke clears, people will see the massive down ballot wins by the Republicans.

My prediction is that blue states with mail in ballots who have razor thin republican leads will miraculously have truckloads of ballots show up at 3AM which will just happen to have just enough votes to push the demonrats over the top

The Democrats have an unpleasant surprise set for us. Maybe a cancelled election, war with Russia, or a coup by the Military. Assassinations of MAGA People. I predict that the GOP will win the House BUT—it will be a narrow victory and a link between the Rinos and Liberals Democrats will hold the real power. They will talk all Rambo and give us Biden Light. The Democrats will hold the Senate. Where they will lose big is in the states—the set up for the Civil War to come.

Very interesting analogy, one I mostly agree with.

So if you are correct than we can expect the Hispanics to embrace the Republican Party and thus the party of favor fir the vast majority of citizens will be the Republican Party

This could be one an unbearable position fir the elites, because they have embraced all the ideologies the Hispanics find distasteful. Which could lead to a paradine shift not seen since the great Deoression

They fight dirty, in the weeds, and I’m thinking it’s way past time we did so, too. I’m tired of their fraud and corruption, and especially losing to them because of it.

"Watch and be amazed, because states you are not even considering are in play, which makes others a sure win.

I think this years will be better than either 94 or 2010,

If the governor of Connecticut is worried, and Nike founder Knight is backing an independent instead of the Democrat in Oregon, than things are not going to go well for the “D”s in states many are not even thinking of.

The Republicans won the MN legislature last election, and they are poised to increase their majority.

Like I said, there are going to be many who are shocked on both sides of the isle.

Republicans big,"

Which other states are realistically in play -- in a GOOD way -- for Governor or Senate?

Republicans did NOT win the MN legislature in 2020 -- they lost a seat in the Senate (though still narrowly control it) and Democrats still control the state House and several RINOs caucus with the Democrats which makes the situation even worse.

According to the Princeton Gerrymandering Project, *Democrats* are expected to make big gains in the Minnesota legislature. And these guys definitely know all about Democrat gerrymandering -- they actually assist with it in New Jersey. The well-respected "Dave's Redistricting Page" also shows solid Democrat gains in both Minnesota houses in November.

Things don't always go according to gerrymandering plan, but if Republicans are poised to increase their majority.... that's based on exactly what evidence aside from "anything can happen [shrug]"?

Michigan's legislature is less certain to go bad because the Democrat gerrymandering wasn't quite so blatant. It's close there now, and is expected to get closer. It's a tossup for both state House and Senate.

You. Red to back away reading all those scarymandering polls and leftist talking points

What is happening across the country is so massive that even Democrats are beginning to fall Hispanics white racists, because in a New York Times poll they reported that 52% Hispanics now identify with a Republicans.

Even CNN ran a story two weeks ago where they reported of some women on the street told them in New York, California, and Chicago that they are pro choice, but are voting Republican because of what the schools are doing.

I’ll be surprised and most pleased if they do. Still, until we got a 55-60% turnout, the dem-left’s fraud/corruption will prevail.

I agree that Hispanics are embracing the Republican party at record-breaking numbers and I expect that trend to continue through this election. That trend exists for the reasons we've discussed, immigrant Hispanics are necessarily focused on kitchen table issues which cut against the elitist obsession with climate change and subservience to China.

It is unlikely that the Democrat party can reverse course in 20 days before the upcoming election so it will seek to deflect blame by touting the need to kill babies and defining Trump as the devil. The question is, will the Democrat party or its remnant that survives the election, reform itself sufficiently to compete with the Trump's populist message?

It is not easy for the Democrats to pivot away from its current positions because the financial lifeblood of the party is connected to those positions. Heretofore, the party has been able to survive because it has massive amounts of money to spend convincing the electorate that Republicans are racists

This approach has been extremely effective among African-Americans but decreasingly so among Hispanics. As Democrats cease to prosper by exploiting these people, should we expect that party to reform itself to survive? Some years ago, in 2016, I wrote this:

Similarly, the parties themselves are under unremitting tension which is you you very healthy for a political body. Every party is ever at war with itself. So it is with the Democrats and so it is with the Republicans. If we Conservatives win the battle this season, as surely as the tides return, we will be confronted with another Rino challenge in the next season. That is good because without the tension there is nothing to prevent a political party-or, worse, a governing party-to veer ever farther to the left or right and wreck the country as it commits suicide. The best example of this occurring in history is the inability of the Soviet Union Communist Party to correct itself. Why were there 70 years of bad weather affecting Soviet harvests? Because the Communist Party simply couldn't honestly look at its own policies.

I might add six years later that we now see one party control, even our governing party, "veer even farther to the left… and wreck the country as it commits suicide." But note, the Communist Party of Russia was unable to reform itself in time to save the Soviet Union because it could not honestly look at its own policies.

I believe the Democrat party today is in like circumstance. It is incapable of departing from its holy shibboleths: climate change paranoia and cultural woke fatuity. In other words it is psychologically incapable of a kind of apostasy necessary to save itself. Beyond the psyche, the Democrat party is so handcuffed to the money regime which shackles it to China that reform means bankruptcy and bankruptcy means loss of control of a national opinion. Short-term, in order to reform itself, the Democrat party must forgo the very means by which it prevails.

The adage, "always follow the money," is apposite now. The key is to understand that all of the institutions which now seem to be in thrall to the Democrat party are institutions that have in reality fallen victim to "elite capture." In other words, Hollywood, the source of so much woke financing, finds itself compelled by greed censoring its own movies to the tune demanded by China in order to keep open the huge Chinese entertainment market. Big sport acts the same. Likewise, Wall Street has boundless ambitions in China and has matched those ambitions with trillions of our retirement money in investment.

When it comes to China policy, there is no difference between Hollywood and Wall Street because one needs the other to finance its business. When one spreads the net it captures big tech, big media, big business so the money trail goes down the same path. Our giant media conglomerates that control all the opinion crafted on television news, subtly conveyed in film by Hollywood, printed in daily and monthly publications, many targeted at women, all seemingly put to the service of the Democrat party are in fact as one in their common greed concerning China.

On an individual basis, China simply buys greedy elites or their sons and with a few very strategically placed bribes controls these institutions. The Biden family is but a glaring example but Mitch McConnell bears scrutiny. These gritty politicians are not to be despised by the more elegant sophisticates who have been suborned in academia by Confucius chairs. One can scarcely pick up a newspaper without reading that a scientist or professor has been arrested for selling secrets to China. China steals about $1 trillion a year of our trade secrets but one wonders how much of this is simply, quietly bought by China right off-the-shelf.

With these entanglements, it is highly unlikely that the Democrat party can reform itself in the short term. The short-term, of course, extends beyond this election but reform might occur in time for the 2024 election. The temptation on the part of Democrats, however, will be the natural one, to resort again to a formula that has worked for them in the past so it is likely they will stay with their game plan, believing that their problem is only one of messaging and, they will believe, they have all the best messengers in the media and endless money at their disposal.

I'm inclined to think that the old ways will not work in 2024 for the Democrats any more than they will work in 2022 for the reasons stated in my previous reply but the Democrats will be compelled to try again.

That is my best guess as to the state of play in the world today as we understand it today but what if a black swan appears?

If a Black Swan is defined as that which could not have been predicted, the coming economic recession is entirely predictable, in fact many of us had predicted a recession and much worse for many many months before it had become a reality. I fear that we will presently be confronted by a very severe economic situation which might even descend into a depression and lead to civil unrest. Depending on the severity of that which is to come, all political bets are off.

I expect the calamity to come shortly after Christmas and then the game is on, with Biden and the Democrats, abetted by the media, blaming the Republicans and the Republicans, ineffective in their messaging, arguing that just because they hold both houses of Congress it is Biden, not they, who remains in charge. Normally it is the President who bears responsibility for economic calamities but these are not normal times and the media is mighty when shaping opinion. History tells us that when the Democrats pinned the blame of the Great Depression on Herbert Hoover in 1932, the Democrats ruled in the presidency until 1953 and in Congress intermittently thereafter for years to come. But beyond the political gamesmanship, the Democrat axis of American elitists and their Chinese partners will seek to exploit the crisis, to not let it go to waste. The revolution will dwarf the changes inflicted and attempted to be imposed on us by the New Deal.

No one can honestly pretend to predict that course of history. The entire game will you simply be changed and we will be lucky if we can preserve the essentials of constitutional liberty.

I'm inclined to think that the old ways will not work in 2024 for the Democrats any more than they will work in 2022

2020 we had a great economy but what the Dems employed was race division to stoke up their base, BLM daily riots and the whole George Floyd thing the media ran with. In 2022 we have a catastrophic economy and the Dems hold all 3 branches, they cannot run and hide and hispanics are not a block vote like Blacks. 2024 will be as bad for dems as the recession will worsen in 2023 and Biden is the only one left to blame.

No one can honestly pretend to predict that course of history. The entire game will you simply be changed and we will be lucky if we can preserve the essentials of constitutional liberty.

Very good analysis,

Like you, I agree it will come down to how the Democrat party reacts to their upcoming defeat. If they respond as they did in the past, I agree they will attempt to blame Republicans for the ills since they have the power. However, I see that as a losing strategy. Mainly because they have now become the party of the elitists mind set.

They still must deal with a President who is devolving quickly into dementia. After him we have slut who is has a lower IQ than an 6 years old, and if they remove him, they will then remove her. I can actually see the democrats promote Buttigieg or whatever the queers name is, to replace them. Yet, it is not the face, it's those behind the scenes running things. Unless they find a Dick Morris type who can persuade them to triangulate they are going to lose real bad again in 2024.

They are in a pickle, they keep doubling down on stupid, I call it Pharaohism. The act of continuously doubling down on stupidity in the face of insurmountable odds. No way they back down from what they are doing.

So what will they do? Well, for far too long they have been able to paint the Republican Party as the rich out of touch politicians, but those times are over, especially since latest polls show 52% Hispanics are more conservative, and over 20% of blacks who see the Democrats as the problem. This trend is not going to get any better, especially with the image the Hispanics have of them, they will have to find religion to get them back, and that ain't going to happen neither.

They would rather attempt to distance themselves from the conservative wing of the Hispanics. Which is what we see them starting to see them do. Perfect example is what they are doing with the LA City Council problem. Yet, it is not so easy of a task, because the Hispanic community is the tightest community in the country. Trying to split them is not going to be an easy task.

The Hispanic community has three things going for it that will make it impossible for them to split. 85% of Hispanics believe in the Christian GOD. Albeit the vast majority are Catholic, but unlike white Catholics, they have not ever bought into the LGBTQ sales pitch like White Catholics. In every Hispanic community in both the Northern and Southern Hemisphere Homosexuality is a taboo. They would just as soon castrate a queer and hang them from a tree in public, before they will accept them. There are more than a few stories in Southern CA of gangs style cleansing of homosexuals, the MSM refuses to touch with a ten foot pole.

The other problem the democrat party has is they really do not like the Black community. Dirty little secret the MSM refuses to get into is the hatred these two communities in general have for each other. It has become acceptable to attack whites as racist, and the closest the MSM comes to attacking Hispanics for racism is to refer to them as racist white Hispanics, yet even they back off on those attacks every time they try using it.

Another problem the Democrats have is most black communities hate Hispanics more then they hate the whites. Mainly because many of them see the Hispanics as replacing them as the preferred minority, since the Hispanics out number them. The blacks have bought into abortion as a means of birth control so much so that they cannot get past the 12% level, and even at that they used to be closer to 14% of the population in the “80”s.

As for the Hispanics, they will one day be the largest segment of our society in 20 years, unless whites wake up and change things. Hispanics are very family orientated, and believe in children. The only segment of America to day that has a larger % of their population that is pro family is the Muslim population.

Where as the Hispanic community hovers around 80% pro life, the Muslim community is more like 98& profile. It's just that they are still a small segment, However, just look what is happening in Dearborn MI these past weeks. They are ready to toss queer supporting politicians and teachers off balconies. Even Omar in Minneapolis barely held off a democrat challenger in her primary, all because of her liberal support for the LGBTQ wing of the Democrats party. Mark my word, in a few years you will see the Muslim community joining the Republicans party over this.

All this to say, I do not think the old tricks of the left can work anymore. I do think what will happen is an unholy alliance made in hell with the never Trumper RINO's and the Democrat party. At least as a reaction to the election results as they head into 2024. How well that will work is yet too be seen, so far the Left is willing to use the likes of such fools as Cheney and Romney, but I really do not see the Republican voters buying into their continued hatred for the orang man as they would like.

You touched on something that is more likely as scenario, and that is a civil war. Which, GOD help us, if it comes to that the only winner in that will be China.

The one wild card in all this, is the possibility of a Constitutional Convention. If Republicans do gain the 7 State Houses I predict, or even if they only gain 4 of them,,,,, Bel,,,, then that is all they need if they decide to side with those pushing for a convention.

Something I can honestly say I am not quite sure if that would help, or actually destroy what we have left of the constitution. Again, it comes down to who will be elected in the State Houses to be appointed as their elector. For some reason we are told by the supporters of a convention that we would end up with a majority of pro-constitutional members from the states, yet, have you looked at how screwed up the Republicans are in the states?

Trust me, Idaho has had Republicans in power for a good part of the last 30 years, and they are less conservative than the Republicans in the Eastern part of Oregon. I was hocked about it when I moved here from CA. The Republicans up here remind me of the Republicans in CA who pretty much gave the Democrats their power by supporting moderate to liberal ideas. If these type of Republicans end up in a constitutional convention we are screwed.

To be honest, I see the Republicans being whole heartedly on target for about 4 years, but give them a Republican President and they will go back to where they were under Bush.

So let us enjoy the shellacking the Democrats will fall victim to in November, and a couple years of Republican control under the next Republican President, but I won't hold my breath waiting for things to truly change. I read the end of a certain book, and it tells me men in power never change, and the people who put them there are just as wishy washy as the people they elect.
