The Republican-controlled House intends to subpoena Hunter Biden — but not President Joe Biden — during its investigation of whether the President is compromised by his family’s foreign business dealings.
“There’s no plans to subpoena Joe Biden. There are plans to subpoena Hunter Biden,” Rep. Jim Comer (R-KY) told CNN on Friday. Comer is the top Republican on the House oversight committee and is in charge of conducting many of the investigations into the Biden family business. Joe Biden is unlikely to be subpoenaed by the Republican House because compelling testimony from a president is “complicated,” Comer said.

They won’t get anything out of Hunter, he will plead the 5th and refuse to answer their questions assuming he shows up at all.
Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro should have done the same thing, showed up and pled the 5th instead of fighting the subpoena and risking further problems
Hunter will show up with crack pipe in hand, and the media will say, “it’s a service crack pipe”.
Better require a drug test for his ass first.
Ask him if he ever had intercourse with a minor with his father in the same room. Plead the 5th, cut and ad and run it over and over and over again. Play the same games they played. Bring in Kamalas loved ones and have them arrested for contempt of congress.

This is a good tactic. Build the case before you subpoena the big guy. I’d subpoena Tony Bobulinski and James Gilliar long before Sleazy Joe.
Subpoena James Biden too. Subpoena Biden’s sexually abused daughter too.
Hunter won’t testify.
What are they going to do?
Hold him in contempt of congress??
Put him in jail for 4 months???
He’s a Democrat for gosh sakes!

It would be to both Hunter and Joe Biden’s benefit if the DOJ were to indict Hunter. He would have a legit excuse not to appear before Congress (nobody is going to testify under oath about crimes if they are under indictment). The DOJ could say a Congressional investigation would interfere with the DOJ prosecuting Hunter.
