I wasn’t able to watch much of yesterday’s trial but I’ve read a little about testimony on the process and speed in which signatures were verified. There is no way that election workers actually confirmed signatures of the absentee ballots as is required by law.

I think I read somewhere that there were over 90 signature verification peep (in addition to the one shown skimming through the ballots on video) working from home or remotly, with no watchers or camera surveillance.
One video showed a signature verification person approving ballots at a rate of 1 per every two or three seconds. THIS IS NOT VERIFICATION. THIS IS FRAUD. Since it's the DemonRats who CHEAT, merely approving ballots without actually verifying them BENEFITS HOBBS, NOT LAKE.
If Judge Thompson rules against Lake, HE'S A FRAUD AS WELL because her team didn't just PROVE a failed verification process, THEY SHOWED VIDEOS FROM THE VOTE COUNT CENTER THAT PROVED IT.
An election RE-DO is the only solution. A RE-DO where EVERY POLL WORKER IS OBSERVED AT ALL TIMES.
The ballot printer errors mostly in Republican districts is the other FRAUD that MUST be addressed. THIS WAS INTENTIONAL, 100%.
The people of Arizona were:
ROBBED BY HOBBS!!!
The problem is the once again the Judge set up an impossible standard. Lake has to prove they willfully ignored the law. In other words she has to prove what they were thinking
Yup, that should be the bar for redoing this election, but I believe the judge has put up a higher bar.
Fast and slow?? either they do or do not match. It's the result...not the speed. Speed is only a variable.
It's like a typist who does 120 words a minute with "0" errors and a typist who does 110 words a minute but with "10" errors.
Its not that it was “rushed”. Its that they could not possibly be doing real signature match checks in the time alloted for each one that they certified. It averaged out to less than 3 seconds each.
Just checking that there is an actual signature of some kind is not a signature match check as required by Arizona law.
Please notice also that the one on the right keeps fiddling with the mouse. It becomes apparent this is a very inexperienced operator. My friend who edits law books says the one on the left could be her...but she said she could probably beat her, too. Can you say efficient?
There is no constitutional mechanism to overturn the election in that state—or any other.
Lake isn’t going to have the government of AZ turned over to her. Not next week. Not ever.
The Judge stated on Thursday that Lake's team must prove that NO signature verification had transpired.
That is both impossible to prove and is not what her team was arguing for. Instead, the argument was that the second level of verification was both wholly inadequate and heavily biased against her. Indeed, it was both of that, but that is not going to matter to this Judge.
Not mentioned yet was that testimony on Wednesday revealed that in the 2020 election Maricopa Election supervisors took absentee ballots home with them to be counted. No observers were present during these counts.
Sad to see, that not one of these recent developments are even being covered by the MSM.
I can’t believe there are so many people here that think anyone would be capable of matching signatures that quickly. They there is the fact that basically none of them were rejected. It appears more and more that conservatives are their own worst enemy.
Lake’s attorney missed the golden opportunity of setting up a trial of real poll persons processing a test file of signatures for accuracy. The persons making the data up know how many were truly ‘false’. If the demonstrators, who should include ‘speedy’ in the video, get it right, Lake loses. If they get it wrong, Lake wins. Then the test file can be expanded and used at every election to test newbies, train, and audit future elections.
The Election Theft of 2020 has yet to be resolved. Why think that this shall be any different?
Face it, America. Our Vote no longer matters even a little bit. Same thing applies to our Constitution and our Bill of Rights.
The Ballot Box is not the solution.
Since signature verification can be done at home why didn’t they bring in one of the computers with one of the employees and have them demonstrate a batch of real ballots with known errors run in real time.
If the test of 100 ballots was done in 5 minutes with no errors then Lake is wrong but if it took longer say 7 minutes then Lake is right. That would be proof!
Also, does the computer screen show the ballot and the three comps at the same time or does the operator have to scroll down look at the 3 comps and scroll back up? If the former is true then 3 seconds is possible but if the latter is correct then more like 5-7 seconds. Plus we have to consider what type of input were they using, was it a mouse with a scroll wheel or did the operator have to mouse over the screen to arrows on the side? The scroll wheel would make 5-7 possible but the latter method would increase that time to 7-9 seconds.
IMHO, Lake’s team could have done a better job by putting on a technical presentation that gave undisputable in your face proof.
