This a very clear First Amendment violation. The 1A does not protect you against private company overreach. It only protects you against governmental overreach.

Utter BS. It's not safety that's the issue, it's that they're afraid of having a graduation ceremony where only small number of graduates show up because the graduates are disgusted with their Leftists teachers and administrators, like more and more college graduations.
Too late, no refunds. Send me my diploma in the mail... Then again, don't bother. My college can confirm my high school graduation electronically.
