Republican Senate candidate Kari Lake confronted a possible general election opponent, Rep. Ruben Gallego (D-Ariz.), at an Arizona airport on Thursday, blasting him with criticism over the border in an on-camera exchange later posted on social media.
The exchange took place after Lake and Gallego found themselves on the same plane landing in Phoenix.
Lake had posted criticism about Gallego and the border on X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter, and the Democrat quickly responded.

She can win a 3-way race if Gallego, Sinema, and Lake are in it if she attracts McCain voters she shunned in 2022 and she doesn’t encourage her voters to vote only on Election Day
If she runs a smart campaign and avoids her mistakes in 2022 she has a real chance to win

Just got back from an extended stay in AZ. Many new AZ residents just happen to be leftists, I mean Dems. Love the state and was thinking of moving there but the veer to the left in state politics is a turn off.
No, she’s not. She just gave up her fight on the Governor and went all in on a long-shot Senate race that they’ll cheat her out of again.

It has veered left through cheating. The vast majority of people in AZ are right leaning. The legislature is solid red. Hobbs stole the election. That’s it.

Escapees from CA. I’ve got some good friends that escaped from CA to AZ. After a few years the escaped to CO. Sadly, they can’t seem to figure out what’s wrong.
She could, in a 2-way race, I think you would be correct, in a 3-way race Lake could win.
What I’m a little surprised about is how much Gallego and Lake are going at each other while rarely mentioning the incumbent and her voting record.

You simply can’t tell McCain voters to “get the hell out” of her rallies and expect them to vote for you and she’s in no position to alienate anyone
You don’t have cater to them just be welcoming, if it results in 5-10,000 more votes in a close election and she wins, that would be a good thing or is that bad in your opinion
