She believes Taylor Swift could have a big impact on the 2024 presidential election.
During a conversation on StraightioLab with comedians George Civeris and Sam Taggart, Kathy praised Taylor despite the risk of upsetting Taylor’s fans aka Swifties.
"I love her as a change agent, and I honestly think if she stumps for [President Joe] Biden, if she even did one high profile event, I think she could tip the election, and that's OK to say because it's true," Kathy shared on the Apple Podcast.
George pointed out that back in the day, celebs would often hit the campaign trail every election. But these days, it looks like fewer stars are speaking up about political matters.

Kathy thinks a lot of stars keep quiet these days because they're scared of getting canceled.
She said: "No because we get canceled for opening our mouths about anything and everything. It is so bad, but let me just say this – and I do make jokes about her in my act in a tender and loving way — Taylor Swift — don't come at me Swifties! I'm terrified."
Kathy stressed again how she sees Taylor as someone who could really shake things up in politics.
She pointed out that Taylor stands out as the first female pop star who's managed to get her guy to openly back her at her concerts.
100% agree. She may single handedly sink the GOP, and Trump.
If this is true then how sad for the collective intelligence of this country.

Yeah, unfortunately - people support things through social media because they want the person they are following to think they are cool...even though they have zero real connection to them - but they think commenting directly on a social media page actually connects them to that person.
I still say she stays out of it..its the main reason she stayed out of mentioning what happened on Oct 7th, she knew many of her fan base supports Hamas so she didnt want to condemn what Hamas did and piss them off

Well, YouTuber Meat Canyon made a joke video about Taylor Swift and her fans went zombie horde ballistic about it.
The real question is why Swift hasn't formally come out yet for Team Biden. She endorsed him in 2020 (although I think it wasn't until October).
Even more odd, her last couple of "get out the vote" messages to her fans have been entirely apolitical, both on candidates and on positions.
Still, I would be surprised if she withheld her endorsement.
When people were saying Swift was being used as a tool for the election - they were called conspiracy theorists. It sounds like they were proven right.
The way I look at it is the only people she will influence aren’t even old enough to vote yet. The Media has pushed her so hard that most people people are sick of looking at her at the magazine rack when loading groceries on the belt.
I don’t know much about Taylor Swift, but I guess she must specialize in serfing music.

Been going on a long time. Look at the silly girls that were screaming and passing out at the Beatles concert in NYC.
Thankfully, I was patient, and found a young lady that wanted a manly man. Her dad and her four brothers were the hunt, fish, shoot guns type of men who weren’t at all music addicts.
Performers, in her opinion, are vain and too into themselves. Like me, she liked popular songs but wasn’t very interested in buying their music.
