Hillary is constantly trying to obstruct justice. She cast the sole dissenting votes against the confirmations of Michael Chertoff and Viet Dinh for their Justice Department posts - because they had been involved in investigating Clinton scandals. Their nominations were approved anyway (95-1 and 96-1).

Oh, yeah, the clintons. The scummy, rotten, criminal, traitorous, perverted, lying, arrogant clintons. I was lucky enough to forget about them for a few days. Bush should appoint Bill Sessions (whom clinton fired as FBI head to make room for his butt-boy Freeh) as prosecutor during the recess.
