Hmmm... let me think. What kind of mood am I in today? I'm feeling slightly Judgemental Today, so yeah, I'd cast them all into the the Lake of Fire. Maybe I'll be nice and let the Liars have the Kiddie Pool of Fire...

In what I know from personal exp. regarding O2 therapy is that to rejuvenate O2 levels in folks with neuro. damage is that is takes 12hrs straight to keep levels normal.

Just taking a puff here and there is not of any medical benifit. Like the O2 bars that sell a half hours worth of O2 it is a scam. The feel better is more mental esp. if you do not have low O2 levels You can not saturated the blood levels in a half hour.

Either you need it or you don't. If Jackie (whom I now see as a bad charactor) is not using it as much as she was then this is not good for her health. A Dr. will prescribe a min. amount of time a day for therapy and some folks or witches do not follow that they are hurting themselves.

I know if one has a stroke there may be a time when you do go off O2. For terminal or severe brain damage it is a set time for life.

IMO if she is not using it or just taking puffs she is not following prescribed theraputic use. It may not be doing her any good. Or she is being dramatic puffing here or there. Stress in my sons case with neuro. damage it does effect the O2 levels in his blood and may require O2 for more than 12 hrs. a day.

After my explanation to you Chad over this issue earlier, tell me you aren't still spinning the same song, because if you are you are not dealing with how things really work.

They have only his family getting access and her families stuff is being gone through by them and could even come up missing by the time anything would go to a family court.
In addition, it would cost them tens of thousands to even pursue the issue. They are not all made out of money, if they were they could all play in court.

The way it works is if they go to court now, they have to be taken in which is cheaper for them and they would get to keep the stuff.

This guy was selling her car before she was declared dead, that wasn't ethical either.
If he ends up guilty, that to wasn't all that ethical.

Trying to avoid court and giving lawyers unneeded money of theirs was the most ethical thing to this day involved in this whole murder.

You must have me mixed up with someone who gives a rip about hurt feelings and closure and other psychobabble. I Do, however, care about the rule of law...

I hate it when the law inconveniences me, and makes things more expensive for me - I really do. But maybe I have too much Honesty and Integrity (and that Humbleness I mentioned earlier...) in me. Call it a character flaw ;0)

First off, let me tell you tow little things that may have escaped your notice:

1. I read, post, and participate in any subject matter that interests me, and I do not need your permission or approval to do so.

2. I give respect to those who earn it. If you want respect from me, you give me respect. It's a two-way street. Calling me a 'Lunatic' for merely having the nerve to disagree with whatever her Opinion Du Jour is is disrespectful.

Actually the brothers and sisters ALL look very different from Snott. This is one screwball family. Jackie P. had two children out of wedlock and gave them up for adoption. Then she was married and had a couple of children (I believe) from THAT marriage, then she married Lee Peterson , who was obviously divorced and who brought some of his children into this union. Snotty is the ONLY child of BOTH Jackie P and Lee P.!! A collecton of what appears to be a heinz57 group!! The one brother of SP's that I did see did not resemble Snott in any way whatsoever.

And that's another reason why it's not necessary for the Rocha family to go into the home at this point in time and take those possessions. If Scott is the murderer and he's convicted in this case, they will have access to all of that.

I was relating what I know which is O2 therapy and brain damage.

I have known folks with emphasema(sp) and they too needed O2 for long hours at a time not just puffing here or there. But that is not my area of knowledge.

End stage emphysema does require continuous O2 therapy, while during acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis and emphysema, O2 therapy is necessary to avoid death from hypoxia. It is not always needed on a continuous basis.
