Prayer Request: Sister in law and unborn child [from wideawake]

Could you please pray for my sister-in-law and my unborn niece?
My sister-in-law is having surgery to remove an ovarian cyst, and she is 5 and 1/2 months pregnant with my little niece. She has another little girl at home. There is a story attached to that.
My sister-in-law worked at the WTC, at Cantor Fitzgerald on the 108th floor. All of her coworkers died on September 11, but she was out of the office in NJ for an obstetrician's appointment. Her first daughter saved her life.
Please remember her and her little ones in your intentions today - she may be undergoing surgery as soon as this weekend.

I've had the same surgery for the same problem twice, although I was not carrying a child at the time. I have an acquaintance who has had that surgery in the fourth month, both mother and baby were fine.
My prayers will be that God guides your surgeon's hands, and that both you and your little one have a speedy recovery.
