Have a nice day. Personal invectives such as yours are not worth more of a response than that. :)

The Name Of Christ and His Honor has been challenged by many. It was challenged by Jimmy Swaggart it was challenged by Jim and Tammy Faye Baker, it has been challenged by many who have espoused religion on and off television to get rich.

The Honor of His Name has always been above reproach no matter what Charlatan sought to get rich off it.

If Glenn Beck is using Christianity for his own purposes then he wil be punished fo it ithe next life if not in this one.

If his approach brings one person to someone’s House of Prayer because of a new found love of Christ or whatever God they wish to pray for then all is well. As long as that religion practice’s love of neighbor and peace in the world I have no problems with it.

>>We pray with saints, not to them. Nice try at Catholic bashing, but fail<<

It is still using dead people to communicate and God strictly forbade that. It’s also giving them God’s omnipresence.

"As long as that religion practice’s love of neighbor and peace in the world I have no problems with it."

That's not religion, it's philosophy. The Greeks called this philosophy Stoicism. Paul condemned it.

Sounds like those who are confused are just the attention seekers who wanted to turn it into a tent revial for religion.

The halls of congress have the brumidi fresco showing George Washington doing a masonic stone laying ceremony for the capitol building. do we condem that? g.washington?

It is about “faith” not about televagalist-send-in-your-money-to-be-saved religion.

>>That is definitly contrary to biblical Christianity. I would call it a doctrine of demons.<<

So you would say that this nation was founded on deomic principles?

When Stossel asked Beck why he decided to become a Mormon, Beck replied:

“I apologize, but guys will understand this. My wife is, like, hot, and she wouldn’t have sex with me until we got married. And she wouldn’t marry me unless we had a religion.”

Beck’s wife, Tania, confirmed it to Stossel: “He’s not joking.”

So far, “Who Is Glenn Beck” is providing more questions than answers. Why would you marry someone to have sex with them? Why would you become a Mormon to marry someone to have sex with them?

Call it anything you like, to my knowledge a love of neighbor and peace, as well as a belief in a diety, is the basis for most religions excepting Muslim which isnt a religion but a cult.

The nation wasn't founded on that. But certainly the constitution allows one to believe in demonism if one wants to. And such a person will suffer the consequenses.

Been there done that ... now that mysticism is trying to weave itself into evangelical Protestantism with “meditation” and “spiritual direction “

The devil loves confusion and deception

It certainly isn't the basis for Christianity.
