Thank You, God for Your Mercy on our sinful land, may You continue to be ever merciful to America! Please hear the prayers of Your children that call out to You for forgiveness and deliverance against the wickedness that “reigns” in our government. Please forgive our sins! We ask that you send a mighty revival to this Country! Please send a revival to our Military too. Please bless Your Chaplains with a fresh anointing of Your Holy Spirit as they serve You. Gracious LORD, we ask You to please hold our beloved Troops in Your Mighty Hands. Please continue to protect them as they fight to protect this great Republic. Please bless these courageous warriors and their families for the countless selfless acts they perform for our Country in its hour of need. Please comfort the grieving families that have paid the ultimate cost! May we never forget our fallen Heroes, those that will now and forever be our American Heroes.

We ask this all in the beautiful Name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, Whom is worthy of all our praise! Amen.

GEN. GEORGE WASHINGTON AND THE MARQUIS DE LAFAYETTE AT VALLEY FORGE
In the coldest and darkest days of the American Revolution, General George Washington raised his prayers for the survival of his beleaguered Army and of the new Nation. The Lord answered those prayers, upheld his Army through a punishing nadir to everlasting glory and bestowed His manifold benefits upon the new Nation.

In like manner, let our prayers now rise for our heroes in the American military who seek to secure the benefits of Freedom on behalf of a people hungry for them. Father, look on our prayers for them with favor, guide their steps in righteousness and keep them in the shelter of Your Healing Wings. Bless and uphold them in the performance of their Mission. Through Jesus Christ, Your Son, Amen.
