Dear Heavenly Father, We rejoice and worship You, our Loving LORD and Blessed Redeemer! Thank You, gracious LORD that we may boldly approach Your Throne, where we are promised to receive mercy and grace to find help in our time of need.(Heb.4:16)Praise God, that nothing is too hard for our God! Today, we lift up our brave American Heroes to You, praying in the Most Holy of Names, Jesus Christ, our LORD. We ask in faith believing, that You will protect each and every one at home and abroad. May they be given the wisdom they need to overcome their enemies. May they be protected while visiting those that come as "friends" but are wolves in sheep's clothing.

Father, only You know their hearts, we pray that You deal with our enemies accordingly. Our Troops have left their family, their comfortable homes, and their free Country voluntarily. No one has commanded them to go to the Desert, they go for the love of their family, their country and for the freedoms we enjoy. Please bless them day and night and may they know we here at home are praying for the backbone of our Republic! They are not forgotten! Please keep them on our minds and hearts to lift them to You in prayer, because they are so worthy of our time. Thank You, Jesus for giving us such great men and women, willing to suffer and die for their country! May they never be alone. May the Sweet Presence of Jesus be strong in a country that worships a false god.

We believe that You never forget the work and sacrifice that these great Warriors and their families have given so much to this great Republic. We pray for those that do not know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Please send Your Holy Spirit to convict their hearts,that they may be open to what is truly eternal; "For God so loved the world that He gave His only be- gotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved." (John 3:16,17) We give thanks to You, O LORD for You are so very good and Your love endures forever! We are trusting in You, and ask for mercy for our beloved Republic, America! Please raise up an army of devoted prayer warriors that will pray for our Troops, our Republic and Israel. May they be kept safe by Your grace! May we never forget that You are always watching over us. We praise You and thank You!

In the coldest and darkest days of the American Revolution, General George Washington raised his prayers for the survival of his beleaguered Army and of the new Nation. The Lord answered those prayers, upheld his Army through a punishing nadir to everlasting glory and bestowed His manifold benefits upon the new Nation.

In like manner, let our prayers now rise lie a fountain for our Heroes in the American Armed Forces who seek to secure the benefits of Freedom on behalf of a people hungry for them. Father, look on our prayers for them with favor, guide their steps in righteousness and keep them in the shelter of Your Healing Wings. Bless and uphold them in the performance of their Mission. Through Jesus Christ, Your Son, with the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever, Amen.
