It is quite balanced, because, although it admonishes children to obey their parents, it also tells fathers not to “exasperate” their children.
Well, since the catholic church has already changed the scripture in the Bible to suit them, I’d say it makes little difference.
The Catholic church never had the true Bible in the first place so it really doesn’t matter.

Not sure it makes sense for the Vatican website to have Bibles in different national languages, except maybe Italian. They're right; go to the national bishops' conference, or to a commercial publisher.
