...been married (to the same woman....!!) 50 years this summer...whould not change a thing....yeah, we have had our financial, and emotional ups and downs, but worked through it all... a wedding is not the same as a marriage.....our next door neighbor had a huge wedding a few years back - almost backrupted her parents... she just got re-married a few weeks ago....there ya go....!!!!

Worse, The State involved in the agreement can change, where Individual A can enter an agreement with a new government that changes terms of the original agreement. Individual B could end up in a situation where they never resided under the jurisdiction of the new government but now are party to their involvement.
Until the farce of involvement by The State in marriage is resolved, specifically with "Family" Court and unconstitutional income taxes, marriage, as people like to think of it, doesn't exist.

There are many great women out there for men. I found my mate and we have been married 23 years and made it work.
When you finally decide to invite the Lord into your marriage it is pretty amazing how you can make it work. It the becomes your foundation of strength and comfort for your life.
Comment isn’t dumb at all. God also gives people common sense and when something turns into a very bad deal for one side of the contract, which marriage is,
the people who know its a bad deal, shouldn’t take it, and advise others they care about not to as well.
It would ge a dumb comment if we still had biblical marriage. We do not anymore. We have state run gynocentric marriage today. We have marriage that you can leave because you’re bored now. 80% of divorces are instituted by women. Marriage isn’t failing because its the men are filing. And if you think just because you have been married a long time you’re okay, you’re dead wrong. The fastest growing area of divorces are in the elderly, ie grey divorces.

No, you are wrong. We were married at the altar of God and exchanged vows, "I take you to be my lawful wife, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do us part." And we meant it.

It's better for women no to get married, especially to the kind of guys you are probably thinking of.
Marriage is not for everyone, and I freely admit I’m one who has no desire to marry. It has nothing to do with example - my parents have been married for 55 years and my sister and her husband have been married for almost 30. They represent two of the happiest marriages I know of. It has to do with each individuals personal preferences.

There is no upside for men to be married in todays society.
You can quote the bible all day but it won’t stop a woman divorcing her husband in todays gynosociety. It won’t stop the courts destroying a mans life.
Divorce rates among christians are on par with the general soxiety, finding a christian woman is no guarantee it will be any better.
Further its sound advice for the average type of woman you will experience in todats america. its the woman that has multiple sex partners before a husband, its one that regards men as an appliance, a utility, an atm for them, until they no longer want it and spciety has set things up for them to leave and financially benefit from doing so at the mans expense. the american woman is the type that files 80% of the divorce cases.
No sane guy today ought to take that deal.
