Whenever Lurking Libertarian faxes in such a rumor, each of the justices have their clerks follow all the party's postings, to make a determination of whether the party's writings are justifiable Leftist love letters, Right-wing hate speech, or merely non-information-bearing, dispiriting troll droppings.
Seriesly, trolldom was never meant to be so hughly hard. I wonder whether troll duties are reimbursed by the word.

The cases denied so far (AFAIK) have been denied based on 'lack of standing' or for 'procedural' reasons not because a court has determined that it's OK to have dual citizenship (and therefore dual allegiance) at birth and be considered an NBC.
The next step in the 'progression' would be to allow Arney to be eligible for POTUS....that is, two parents who were not U.S. citizens instead of 'only' 1 parent who wasn't a U.S. citizen (in Barry's case).
If there is an actual tape of Obama’s biolgical grandmother stating that Obama was born in Kenya, that would be compelling. However, that would not meet the requirement as proof in any courtroom in this country.
Taitz has never released this alleged videotape, and it has been reported that what the grandmother actually said was that she was present in Kenya when Obama was born in Hawaii.
When will Obama produce his original birth certificate to the authorities? Evidence!
It’s as simple as the court issuing a subpoena for Obama’s original birth certificate.
