It wasn't a Free Republic event, but was sponsored by the local Tea Party and Free Republic was notified at the last minute, so Freeper attendence was small. I counted about 5-6 Freepers. I'd say the total attendance was 50-60 people total, maybe a bit more. On Saturday evening August 12, 2006 The Gore Family Dinner was held at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel in Nashville with John Murtha as the primary speaker. We freeped Elizabeth Edwards Today !! Elizabeth Edwards came to Grand Junction, CO this afternoon. We didn't know about it until 2:00 pm ( we don't take the local paper) when I saw it on FR. We had a very successful rally last night. The weather was not too warm and we had a large enthusiastic group.
