The REAL Sen. John Kerry

...Then I saw his name on the Senate version of the New improved Assault weapon ban, you know the one where semi auto shot guns capable of having a magazine that can hold more than 5 rounds are considered assault weapons. The same ban that gives the Attorney General the discretion to ban any gun that is based upon substantailly the same design as any gun ever used by the military.
(you know any military gun like say a 56 caliber flintlock which was used in 1776 by the military)
