Foot that big, the kid must be 2 1/2 feet tall, and weigh a good 40 pounds!

I nicknamed my youngest son "Thumper" for all the times his little foot kicked me and woke me up! Never saw any of my kid's little tootsies, but have seen many an elbow, foot or knee traveling around mama's belly.

It`s obviously a fake because for the toes and the outline of the muscles and bone of the foot to show so clearly like that, the foot would literally have to be right at the top of the womans skin which is inconceivable. That would mean that not only would the child have broken through the uterus, but also her stomach muscles and stomach fat and lower skin layer. It`s inconceivable.

Ok, here is all I know about that picture. This was e-mailed to me a month ago by my best friend. She told me this was her sister-in-law. The mom is very thin and has little to no body fat. This is the only way this can even be close to a real picture. I will check in the morning again and make sure this story is true.

why daughter kicked where huge lumps would form on my wife's(x-wife now) stomach but could not see fingers or toes...
To: pollywog
It's impossible for the foot to show in such detail because it not only has to press through skin, which is pretty thick at that point, but also a layer of subcutaneous fat, thick muscle, and the uterine wall. A baby is very, very well protected in the uterus. If the wall separating baby from outside world were really tissue thin, as shown here, a baby would be in jeopardy every time Mom bumped into something with her protruding tummy.
Anyway, the structure of the foot is wrong--the ball of the foot isn't done correctly.
I am a mother of two, both of whom were violent kickers. When my first (nine-and-a-half pound) child was trying for a field goal, I could see a slight lump on the surface of my stomach, but no toes! And when I was in grad school had occasion to cut up a female corpse for my gross anatomy class. That's where I get my information about what's inside a woman's abdomen.

Obviously not many mothers or fathers around here. I have had four sons and worked in OB for years. I've seen a gravid uterus inside and out plenty of times. The only way to even feel a foot that well is if the woman has a ruptured uterus and the mother is thin. You can see very distinct bumps but not a foot print like this.

Interesting. The abdomin appears to be as thin as tissue paper. No fat. No muscle. No uterine wall. Get this woman to a doctor fast; other than the child, she's as hollow as a ping-pong ball.

Seems to me everyone is discussing if this is real or fake. Is that really the point?
Is not the real point the fact that a baby in the womb is real?
And that if Kerry and the Dems have their way, then that baby could be aborted up to and including the end of the third trimester?

Interesting photoshop. The amniotic sac would be empty of all fluids, the muscular uterine wall would be broken through, the Mother would have no fat layer under her many layers of skin and that foot is larger than the size of a normal newborn.
Then again, maybe it's Bigfoot?
