KERRY'S NON-HONORABLE DISCHARGE

Exclusive: Earl Lively makes solid case senator left Navy under a cloud

There is overwhelming evidence that the Navy gave John Kerry either a dishonorable discharge or an undesirable discharge – which is the equivalent of a dishonorable discharge without the felony conviction – and that, as a result of such discharge, he was stripped of all of his famous but questionable Navy awards and medals. And the kicker? The evidence is on his website!

Kerry's oh-so-clever handlers evidently depended on the ignorance of the public and the press about military records when they posted his 1978 "Honorable Discharge from the Reserves" on his site as part of a carefully selected partial release of his Navy records (the Navy says it is still withholding about 100 records). However, one diligent researcher, Thomas Lipscomb, saw through the scam and exposed it in a New York Sun story on October 13. Predictably, the major media has shunned the story. This may be a small point to some, but I find it peculiar. Did the couple leave Jamaica and continue their honeymoon in Paris (From all the accounts I have read Kerry went to Paris in June/July 1970) ? I find it very telling that Kerry might have used a fictional honeymoon story as cover for his trip to Paris to meet with the VietCong/Communists. Does it make any difference?

"Kerry insists he attended the talks only because he happened to be in France on his honeymoon and maintains he met with both sides. But previously revealed records indicate the future senator made two, and possibly three, trips to Paris."

This column ran on page 1 in the 6/7/2004 edition of The New York Observer.

Indeed, it was that oracular premonition that prompted him to begin photographing his war-hero friend after Mr. Kerry returned home from Southeast Asia in 1969. (Mr. Butler himself did not serve in the military.) Mr. Butler became Mr. Kerry’s personal, unofficial paparazzo during those years, turning up, Zelig-like, in all the right places at all the right times, camera in hand. When Mr. Kerry married Julia Thorne in 1970, Mr. Butler was in attendance at the lavish ceremony in Bay Shore, Long Island. (Mr. Kerry and his wife subsequently joined Mr. Butler and his bride, Victoria Leiter, on their honeymoon in Jamaica.) When Mr. Kerry ran for Congress that same year, Mr. Butler chronicled his failed attempt—and ran the campaign. Mr. Kerry wrote his famous testimony for the Senate Foreign Relations Committee at Mr. Butler’s in-laws’ place in Washington, D.C. And when he testified the next morning, a bearded Mr. Butler was sitting in the audience one seat behind him. Not long after, when Mr. Kerry threw his war ribbons over a fence in an act of protest, Mr. Butler immortalized the moment by taking a photograph of a weeping Mr. Kerry huddled with his wife, Julia.

For his honeymoon, Kerry chose a telling location: the Pershing family's Jamaica home. Richard Pershing, a close friend of Kerry's and a fellow member of Yale's Skull and Bones society, had been killed in Vietnam. Pershing's grandfather, General John Joseph "Black Jack" Pershing, had commanded US forces in Europe during World War I.

I don't have a URL for this one because an email friend of mine sent this to me. He has a better memory than I.

I have seen this mentioned several times and I have been meaning to refresh my memory. I thought I had read that he honeymooned in Jamaica. Today I checked his wedding announcement in the NYT. It was in the May 24, 1970 edition. The date of the wedding was May 23, 1970 in Bay Shore, L. I. at the 200 acre Thorne family estate. The last line is, "After a wedding trip to Jamaica, the couple will live in Massachusetts."

Whoever put the documents of Kerry's website was nowhere near as sneaky, devious and shifty as Clinton's guy would be. Clinton is cunning and would have made damn sure nothing could be used against him. Kerry is lazy with a terrible work ethic and very, very poor foresight. They reviewed Kerry's documents in a sloppy manner.

The missing documents are easy to calculate. There are forgeries - both Lehman Citations are clearly forgeries, probably done (and, paid for) at the same time as the CBS/Rather forgeries. There are documents that shouldn't have been posted, e.g., the 2001 revision for Traitor John's Nam service stars, because it clearly emphasizes that the requesting document is missing. I like the document that shows Kerry's social security number. Just sloppy work by a sloppy and arrogant man. And, it is criminal that the media allowed all this to go unchallenged!!

The MSM want their guy in at all costs. I hope the costs remain high and they slide down the slippery slope into oblivion. I'm doing my part.

An October surprise would be if the news media broke this story and painted traitor Kerry as a traitor!

But since the Author served in the Texas Air Guard the same time as Lt Bush........ alas... it is politically motivated by a Republican and not credible to report.

CAN ANYONE SAY SMOKING GUN???? BANG BANG BANG KERRYS CAMPAIGN IS DEAD!!

There was a thread on here yesterday in which most people said if Kerry wins the election and then is exposed as the traitor he is, we should get our Republicans in congress to impeach him. UH HUH! The senate (and house and to a greater extent than when Clinton was impeached) are filled with Rinos like Warner (Specter, McCain, Hagel, Graham, to name just a few) and they will never lift a finger to do anything except protect one of their own.
