What a bunch of garbage numbers.

I think almost every single number they released will be wrong. The only one that looks close to right is IA Bush +2.

Bush in good shape in Florida

Florida GOP and rat voter turnout in 2000 and 2002:

2002

2,828,288 56% GOP

2,172,702 43% RAT

2000

2,909,176 49 % GOP

2,907,451 49 % RAT

Approx. 750,000 less rats and 80,000 less GOP turned out (10-1) in 2002 than in 2000.

This in spite of the fact that 2002 was supposed to be "revenge" against Jeb for 2000

For Kerry to win, about 800,000 more democrats would have to show up and the GOP numbers remain constant. Thats not going to happen.

Kerry is not going to do any better than Gore, a lot of people that voted Gore last time are for Bush, the same can't be said for the rats.

Consider that Kerry gets 10% less women than Gore did. Thats 150,000 more votes right there.

I guess its just a coincidence, but 2002 was the first year they used those computer voting machines, doing away with those pesky chads.

Could it be that the stupid rats haven't figured out a way to cheat these machines yet, could that be a factor in the mystery of the disapearing dems?

After all, its a lot harder for a bunch of foaming at the mouth socialist morons to "lose" ballot boxes, or punch thousands of ballots after the polls have closed, to fool a computer.

Democrats engaged in massive vote fraud in Palm Beach, Broward, and Dade in 2000.

They would have kept punching and counting until Gore was President.

They have been trumped by the computer.

No wonder they are pissed

W should break 3,000,000.

no matter what the polls say in PA - it's going for Kerry. They have been ready with the fraud vote for months in that state.

Yes I agree, I said it makes 270 exactly if the non-battlegounds don't switch. Whether it's a joke poll or not, it does fit in with the trend showing that statistically it will be very hard for Kerry to win. He really has to sweep. Bush can win with only one of PA, OH and FL plus only one other state or two smallish states, or by winning two of PA, FL, OH and no other swing state - assuming he keeps what is attributed to him now.

LOL right. Even when the polls are supposed to be "bad news" they are really good news.

W still wins with the results of this poll. Kerry camp must be pulling their hair out.

Oh yeah. Folks, we do win still with those numbers.

227 + 21 (PA) + 10 (WI) + 7 (IA) + 5 (NM - based on other surveys) = 270.

BEFORE THE USUAL PEOPLE PANIC

Remember during the debates - gallup would come out with a post-debate weekend poll showing a kerry surge. Then a regular weekday poll showing bush back in the lead. And then next weekend they'd do the same thing. And then next week Bush would be back in the lead.

WEEKEND POLLS OVERSAMPLE DEMS

This weekend will give you the most skewed samples of any time during the campaign, since all these pollsters are running to get a last minute poll out. And few of them actually adjust their party affiliation to get a better sample.

Swap PA. and OH. Move FL. HI. and NH. to Bush, that's my guess.

And with the West Virginia defector, the ties goes to the house. And then all hell breaks loose. Gallup just predicted the doomsday scenario.

Bush had a 51-46 approval/disapproval rating from likely voters,

That is the real number!

I agree, but I'll tell you what is going to be funny; one or several of these polls..zogby, cnn/gallop, pew etc...is going to look silly after the election. Though they all generally give Bush an edge nationally, but their state numbers are wacked. Can't wait!

This is gutcheck time! Spinmeisters and pollsters are trying to get conservatives to flinch. I heard a story in church today from a 50 year old woman who has never voted republican in her life. She said after much prayer, she MUST vote for Bush. Couldn't undersstand it but she finally got peace after this decision. Conservative Christians and Catholics are chomping at the bit to put their X in the Bush column!

I agree, everybody ought to calm down. The state results are way out of line in some cases, and it is a weekend poll, but all final polls before election day include some weekend days. Just keep working.

Oh, given their total sample size of 2,000 +, there is no way on God's earth that the state polls have a 3% MOE as the story says/implies.

zogby needs to leave the business after this election cycle. He was the worst pollster in 2002 and people still treat him like he's some sort of oracle.

We just have to go out and vote. If we get our base out in big numbers we'll be fine. I don't believe for a minute that Bush is behind in Florida or Ohio and ahead in Pennsylvania. I believe the opposite is true. Anyways, we know whose side the MSM is on. Please everyone don't stay home on Tuesday. Vote!
