NEED HELP posting pics please. Will be in DC this weekend (VANITY)

I will be in DC this weekend attending the Support Our Troops Rally. I have a digital camera and a lap top. If someone can please tell me how to get a pic from my lap top to this site I would greatly appreciate it.

You don't post them to this site.
You have to have a host server somewhere.
You copy the pic to that site, then post the address here.
There are lots of hosting sites for doing that.

If photobucket is free to use, how do they make $$$...???
Some upload sites are pay to play.
Why would one pay when free is available?
