Co-Worker Wadrobe Malfunction (Vanity)

Yesterday, a co-worker came into my office, planted a document on my desk, leaned over and began explaining it to me. What she didn't realize was that by leaning over, her loose blouse fell open and Hootchie Mama, I saw some things that only her husband and her doctor were entitled to see.
It was like watching a train wreck in slow motion. I couldn't look away. I stood up but then I could see even farther down to the tattoos on her stomach.
What should I have done? Should I have said something?

Best not to acknowledge. If your coworker is the "letigious-type", she could be spoiling for a harrassment suit.
Best to maintain composure, and enjoy the view. (the tattoo would be a definite turnOFF for me)
A person like that (assuming the behavior is intentional) will be their own undoing.

Keep your mouth shut, don't say anything, and if anyone asks, tell them you missed the entire show because your mind was soley focused on the details of the document.
It's BS, and you and I both know it, but that's the way it has to be.
IMHO, she knew exactly what she was showing off. Women do not wear things that expose things if they do not want to have them exposed.
Chances are, while your eyes were bugging three inches out of your skull, her eyes were on your eyes and she was getting off on your reaction.
