Ok The Ex-Lax Joke!
Two 80 year old men are driving down the road when they hear the Ex-Lax commercial end with the statement: "It makes you feel young again."
John looks at Sylvester and says, "We need to pull over and get a bottle of that stuff!"
Sylvester agrees and the two old men pull over and get a bottle of Ex-Lax. They both take two tablespoons each and continue to drive.
About one mile later Sylvester asks, "Well John, do you feel young yet?"
"No," replies John.
So they pull over and take four more tablespoons a piece and continue to drive down the road.
A couple of miles later, Sylvester asks, "John, do you feel younger?"
"No," replies John squirming uncomfortably, "but I just did a childish thing!"

Once upon a time, back when we were on the jjfate thread, one of the posters decided to spam in order to get a desired zero count. He tried to post 100 times. It resulted in us getting shut down. It lasted about an hour, but we were so close to the End Of The Internet that we begged and pleaded to have our thread restored.
Since then, we try to post no more than five posts to get a number. Occasionally, someone will post once in the beginning, then swoop in to take a triple zero ahead of the "Undead Denizens." That's not polite at all, and we try to be nice when we tell folks "The Rules."
This is JimRob's website, and he allows us to post here so we try to keep it civil.
Over the years, we've become a "family." And we like it when people feel comfortable here. So prop your feet up and have fun! And welcome to the Family!

"... we like it when people feel comfortable here." To be sure. That's why we collected all manner of domesticated animals and productive food crops when we set up our linked space habitats.
With three habitats, it's always daytime somewhere. So if you get bored, or hungry, just pop into one of the spherical elevator cars and take a ride to an adjacent habitat. Remember that their clocks are eight hours different from yours.

Might have gotten on while you were still here today, but came home to find one of our trees lying across the road -- it came down in today's windstorm. (And the big windstorm is diue tomorrow... ugh.)
But it's all cut up now and off to the sides of the road. Got some cleanup work ahead, sigh. Fortunately nothing else was damaged (it was a BIG tree).
