Have seen posts for other areas of the country, but never for around here.
I'd be willing to set one up if not and if there are enough Freepers out there.
Chance to get together over some libations occasionally somewhere in the Bay Area for an opportunity to flee the repressive PC environment here.
Freepmail me if interested and give me a general geographical location so I can set up a meeting point that is central to all interested.
Probably won't get set up until mid-January due to work and holidays.

I a have personal Happy Hour here in liberal LALA land(L.A.). 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year. Even in my sleep. Keeps me sober/sane.
Ear plugs work well too.
The best thing to do though, is to avoid trying to apply any sense of logic to any argument or political talking point the libs spout. Sharing any bit of logic with a lib is the same as throwing pearls before swine.
Since then, I've started my own group, the 9/11 Neocons, but we rub shoulders with FReepers on occasion. Last night's gathering brought us a couple FReepers from this thread as a matter of fact.
So please include me on your ping list and I'll rally some of my "peeps" for the FReeper gathering.
