I think you are correct. However, the BATF did not seem to have such qualms when under her husband. Regardless - enough gun laws have already been passed that many of us would deem unconstitutional, and I’m sure Hillary would be able to come up with some more that would pass muster with a Democrat Senate and House.
The first and foremost reason why we have a 2nd Amendment is so that the people can arm themselves against a TYRANNICAL government. The Hillarys of the world want the sheeple to forget that little fact, because it will be the Marxist tyrants like her that will want to take advantage of a defenseless population.
