t is now a virtual certainty that the "birth certificate" claimed by the Barack Obama campaign as authentic is a photoshopped fake.
The image, purporting to come from the Hawaii Department of Health, has been the subject of intense skepticism in the blogosphere in the past two weeks.
It has become even more suspect with the revelation that variations of the certificate image were posted on the Photobucket image aggregation website -- including one listing the location of Obama's birth as Antarctica, one with the certificate supposedly issued by the government of North Korea, and another including a purported photo of baby Barack -- one of which has a "photo taken" time-stamp just two minutes before the article and accompanying image was posted on the left-wing Daily Kos blog.
That strongly suggests that Daily Kos obtained the image from Photobucket, not the State of Hawaii, the Obama family, or the Obama campaign. Photobucket is not known as a credible supplier of official vital records for any of the fifty states, and the liberties that other Photoshoppers took with the certificates confirms this.

No. There are varying rules on out of country births. Both parents citizens, you are a citizen. One parent a citizen, then there are some stipulations. But regardless, I’m guessing he is a natural born citizen, but the fact that they forged a document is enough for him to be kicked to the curb.
I assume that this is a revised form from Nov 2001, designed for laser printers.
Now the interesting question, why did he need a copy which was issued after Nov. 2001?
Yes, but they are forged. So of course they say that.
On what grounds?
I’ve casually researched Obama’s birth history over the past several days. As you know it’s largely taken from his own auto-bio and has never been corroborated by anyone independently.
Here’s what I and others have found:
1. TWO HOSPITALS LISTED AS BEING WHERE OBAMA WAS BORN
I googled “Obama’s birthplace” and got the following:

Obama was born on August 4, 1961, at the Kapiolani Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii, to Barack Obama, Sr., of Nyangoma-Kogelo, Siaya District, Kenya, and Ann Dunham, of Wichita, Kansas.
COMMENT:This is different from what other sites list including Obama friendly sites. They state that OBAMA was born at Queen’s Medical Center.

ALSO: Kapiolani Hospital did not open until 1989 although the Hospital for women and children was open at the time.
This discrepancy in my mind is interesting BECAUSE THERE SHOULD BE NO DISCREPANCY.
2. NO RECORD OF BIRTH OR MARRIAGE OF PARENTS.
I searched via the pay investigative site Ancestry.com for Barry or Barack Obama, or Barry or Barack Dunham or Stanley Ann Dunham etc. and keyed in also Aug 4, 1961 and Hawaii, and Honolulu etc. and came up with no record of a birth or marriage. Others have checked this through similar but different searches and also found nothing.
3. BIRTH CERTIFICATE CLEARLY A FORGERY
The Birth Certificate posted on the Obama website and Daily Kos appears to be a forgery.

4. NO EYE WITNESSES OF BIRTH
There have been no eye witnesses of Obama’s birth from the hospital. No nurse or doctor coming forth to recall caring for the mother or child.
5. KENYAN RELATIVES HAVE TOLD REPORTERS THAT HE WAS BORN IN KENYA
It has been reported that Kenyan relatives initially had said that Obama was born there but are silent about this now.

6. GRANDMOTHER IS KEPT AWAY FROM MEDIA
The grandmother has been kept away from the MSM perhaps because she knows the truth about Obama’s birth and parents marital status.

This man is running for the presidency of the United States. It seems fair and proper that the public knows his birth history and pedigree.
They blanked out the certificate number so that it wouldn’t be an “official” copy. That would be forgery if it was fake.
Whose job is it to determine if a person is a qualified to be President of the United States? Does that fall under the Department of State?
Presumably, at some point before the inaugeration, the birth records of the person are examined in order to determine that he meets the Constitutional requirements.
Wouldn’t that be a heck of a scenario? It is after the election, and Obama has won in the Electoral College. At that point, a “routine” check of the circumstances of his birth reveal that he is not qualified to be President of the United States. So who would be sworn in on Inaugeration Day?
Perhaps George Soros, so we can cut out the middle man!
No one is arguing that it is or should be original. We are arguing that the modern document shown, which is the standard in Hawaii these days, is a forgery.
Well Damn! What am I going to use now as a source of vital public records? I've depended on Photobucket for all my deeds, birth and death certificates, notary services and drivers licenses.

Shouldn't the burden of proof be on those making the accusations and not on those being accused?
There is one simple way to put it all to rest. Provide evidence that Obama wasn't born in Honolulu on August 4th, 1961. Unless someone can do that, then we can quibble over pictures of documents all day long and that won't change the fact that Obama is a natural born U.S. citizen.
Barack Obama will not be on the ballot in any state - his electors will, and you can bet they are all qualified to serve in their own states, according to their own laws.
The very first time Obama’s eligibility.can possibly arise is on January 3, 2009 when Congress meets to count the votes and certify the election.
IIRC, the qualifications for at the time were the American born parent had to be a US citizen for 5 years after their 16th birthday. His mother had him at age 19/20, therefore disqualifying him.
Anyone know how to add a picture to that photobucket page?
My question is, ‘If Obama turns to be constitutionally ineligible to be President will anyone care? Will the media actually make an issue of it?’
If it turns out that Obama is ineligible it will be dismissed by the MSM and the other “beautiful people” as irrelevant.
