When Obama allows the 2003 tax cuts to expire, the entire federal income tax rates which were lowered will skyrocket back up to the year 2000 federal income tax rates. EVERYONE’s taxes will be raised: low income, middle income, and high income. The expiration of the 2003 tax cuts raises EVERYONE’s taxes!
