Stealing Pennsylvania: Judge says "Massive Fraud" (ACORN at it again)

A retired Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice says that she is "not confident we can get a fair election" in the state come November.

Justice Sandra Newman, accompanied by Dauphin County District Attorney Edward Marsico and Pennsylvania Republican State Chairman Robert Gleason, expressed her concerns at a Harrisburg press conference this morning. A thick document replete with photo copies of phony registrations and aerial shots of vacant lots used as "addresses" for "voters" was handed out to journalists.

Gleason was even more explicit.

"Between March 23rd and October 1st, various groups, including ACORN, submitted over 252,595 registrations to the Philadelphia County Election Board" with 57, 435 rejected for faulty information. "Most of these registrations were submitted by ACORN, and rejected due to fake social security numbers, incorrect dates of birth, clearly fraudulent signatures, addresses that do not exist, and duplicate registrations. In one case, a man was registered to vote more than 15 times since the Primary election."

"Voter fraud is no longer just a Philadelphia problem," Gleason said, with ACORN targeting key counties across the state.

Will Obama be able to wrest control of the U.S. government through this strategy like his cousin Odinga did in Kenya?>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

No, too many people would be moved to preserve the constitution , AT ANY COST, AT ANY DANGER.

The Dems have always been corrupt, but we’re in a whole different ballgame now. We have never been subjected to the European-originated international leftist pressure techniques that the Dems are using now. Telling people that calling attention to these things is a sign of desperation sounds to me just the tiniest bit troll-like.

We have to call attention to this and get the legitimate authorities to fight back. This is different from anything that has happened to us before.

He just said Obama is a great guy and that he is no threat as POTUS.

Hell of an endorsement.

I wish I felt the election - IF Obama wins - will be stolen. But I don’t think so. I’m pretty angry at the job the Republicans have done. Many feel the same - and they’ll cross party lines.

I didn’t home school, but I realized early on that I had to deprogram my kids every single day after school. I insisted on them teling me what they learned everyday etc. There was none of that ‘how was school, “fine mom” end of conversation stuff at our house. I read all their books, all their tests, homework etc. LOL, they had some interesting debates with their teachers:) But they learned how to stand up for what was right and to reject what was wrong.

My grandchildren are homeschooled and I am glad, mostly because I don’t want them exposed to their “piers”. They are going to learn nothing good from them:(

Thank God!!

I hate all this liberal bias about ACORN doing "good work." But really, they need to stop paying for registrations at taxpayer expense. It's an invitation for fraud.

Livius - I wasn’t saying it was desperate - that it seemed desperate. And, yes, ACORN needs to be completely reformed. Paying unemployed winos to register voters is an INVITATION for fraud.

I just don’t think it’s a huge conspiracy to steal the election. Sorry...

For God sakes, they’d better start reporting on Odinga and Obama’s connections, too! Carville already warned about riots.

This election is going to end up before the Supreme Court again.

That's possible, but I doubt it. McCain will win with such a landslide that no amount of voter fraud will compensate. That this will be so is no longer in dispute among the MSM.

I mean, think about it. How may Democrats do you know who will never vote for Obama? Obama's supporters consist only of racist blacks, leftwing nutcases, and some guilty whites. An Obama win with that support is not in the cards.

My point is that Obama's only hope is that he pulls off the Kenyan 2-step that he helped Odinga successfully do in Africa -- to take control of government through violence after the election is "stolen" from him. The stage is currently being set for that to happen.

Rush asked today when will it be our turn to riot? I don't intend to riot, but I damn will protect my family and my property -- AND the Constitution -- to the fullest extent possible. I'm glad you're ready to do the same.

There is an investigation, and the FBI is raiding offices all over the place right now... Word is through Hillary supporter’s websites is that there is a RICO investigation underway and it could even name Obama, Pelosi, Reid, and Dean. There may be time left yet... They’ve got 13 states so far, and found this everywhere, and this is an organization with ties that reaches back a very long time. Patrick Fitzgerald in Chicago, IL is seemingly tacking states on to his evidence already collected in previous investigations of ACORN. This is where Obama worked for them, and sued the banks to force them to make the bad loans that started this whole economic crisis. This is also where a lot of donations came in and out of Obama’s campaign. [I’d look up FR Keyword Fitzgerald if you want more info. on it]

I was talking to a friend yesterday who moved here from Kenya. He was a wealthy factory owner. His family lived in a walled compound and always traveled with body guards. He has told stories of tens of thousands of dollars in bribes to local officials to keep his business afloat. He moved here over a decade ago to keep his family safe. He gave up his wealth and position to be a security guard in America (he now manages a major office complex) and he has never regretted it.

Most people don't realize how much poverty and tyranny occurs in these countries before violence breaks out. I don't think that is possible here. America is not prone to mass insurrection. There are certain elements that would agitate for riots, but the vast majority of Americans would recoil in horror at the prospect.

It is not “Un-American” to participate in Federal Investigations for a while if there is such wide spread corruption in the system. Perhaps they didn’t have proof. There is a chance that the rumor about Obama’s buddy Rezko is true — he could be singing like a canary, so to speak, right now. His sentencing has been delayed and I read on another thread that there is a rumor he is speaking to federal authorities in a sentencing arrangement of some sort. It would seem that either those in charge didn’t realize how bad the problem was, didn’t believe the charges, and thought 3rd parties and such were making it up, or those in charge didn’t care, and those who cared couldn’t stop it at that point. And now, it would appear that they are at least trying to stop him.

There is a good chance that the FBI has solid evidence that ACORN and Obama are linked right now, and he may be indicted. There are many threads here that explain the entire connection.
