This is right on target. We go into election day with these numbers, we’ll win.

Similarly, among white Catholics, Obama held an 11-point edge over McCain last week and today they split 46-46. Thank you Bishops! Please keep firing away now and this Sunday, hard!

I believe Gallup and Ras have not changed as much as they have been ROUNDED DOWN. statistical noise. Scott Rasmussen was on FOX this morning and he gave me that impression.
this looks about right. and on track with Battleground, Rasmussen, Gallup, and IBD/TIPP.
we are within 5.

Other polls are showing a tightening today due to the infomercial. So, I have no doubt if Fox has another poll tomorrow, it will push Obama up again.
But, it should be temporary, at least I hope.

I agree. Obama is getting close to the true numbers. He peaked at 49 and he's down to 47%. Sounds about right - that's less than what Kerry got in 2004 and what he'll get come Election Night.

Many of us can take these numbers as some comfort that this is still very doable for McCain.

Approximately 10% undecided?? That leaves JSM with plenty of slack to make up the difference down the stretch...

I still think they are enough PUMA's Reagan democrats to cross the finish line.
These polls are so off base. I see 1 says Pa. is 14 points another 4. Same one has the one up by 9 in Ohio while most have McCain winning Ohio.

I think the spread matters less than where the numbers are. What matters is that Zero is well under 50%.
Even if we’re down 8 points, if he’s at 47%, we will win. It has happened with him over and over again.
I question any poll that has Zero at or above 50%.

Weren't they at like 13% last week? It's all Brit and his 'Allstars' could talk about the night it came out. That was the night I decided I'd had it with those losers and stopped watching them. There was good news that night from Zogby, AP, and others and all they talked about was their poll and some other poll taht seemed to validate their numbers.
The proof that they were running bull sh*t polls is that it's closing right on schedule. I expect this crap from ABCNBCCBS but expected more from Fox. Guess I was wrong.

They will break for McCain. If Obama had the election wrapped up, there would be very FEW undecideds. The opposite is the truth here and they're just not sold on him.
