The full text of Sex Rebel: Black (memoirs of a gash gourmet) is now available in pdf format at Wikileaks. Sex Rebel is an autobiograpical book by Obama mentor Frank Marshall Davis, described as "Frank" in Obama's first memoir Dreams from My Father.
Several articles describing Davis' Communist Party USA membership and his influence on Obama and in Hawaii politics are available here.

I don’t think any fiction, even if based on “autobiographical material,” would carry much weight in our discussions about Obama’s shady past.
