It is basically the same as the Donofrio case, but better crafted with a better route to the SCOTUS.

Well craft, poorly crafted, witch crafted, whatever... Just tell the freakin' justices that Obama has not yet demonstrated that he meets the qualifications as specified in Article 2, Section 1, Clause 5, of the Constitution of the United States.

True.

The perpetual campaign is tiresome.

Wouldn’t it be diabolical if Donofrio focused so much attention on his own case knowing that it would be thrown out by the Supreme Court and be a straw man and that actually this Wrotnowski case was explicitly placed under the radar to escape the attention of the MSM and other critics? If so this strategy was brilliant.

Jeezus! Give it up people! He aint going no where! SCOTUS will punt!

God, when I hear comments like that I am honor bound to say that "You, sir, due expressly to the amount of log in time you have on FR, are free to express your well respected thoughts...

But what I want to say, in my loudest voice from the top of the highest mountain is:

STFU and go to a knitting thread...leave these threads for real patriots and get your nurse to push your out in your wheelchair to the end of your long dock on Golden Pond, you freakin' dinosaur, while you dream that no one takes away your evenings of drinking boxed wine from your refrigerator.

Then you can have your nurse wheel you back in to bed and leave the country to people that care.

Of course I would never say that because I have manners and respect for FReepers who have been here forever...even the ones who show contempt for the constitution and show a willingness to be defeated in obvious abandon for the flag and what ot stands for. God bless you, sir.

You really should lay off the mystery novels and stop trying to channel Karl Rove.

This is going to lead to unforeseen, unintended and unknown ramifications.

While the MSM has characterized this as tinfoil hat stuff, the public is now at least aware that there is a controversy.

If the Supremes or the Electoral College don't require Obama to turn over his birth certificate for a look-see, I guarantee you that some tabloid is going to get a copy through a back channel (who will be well-compensated), and the fun will begin.

Congress screwed up the safe harbor for Ozero as far as the mother is an American citizen so the child is oddly enough in the person of Winston Churchill.

His mother was born in Brooklyn NY. He was born in England but if his mother's citizenship counted then why did they make him an honorary American citizen in 1963?

This issue is not going away. Get used to it.

Now, sit down, and let the good patriots of this country help secure the blessings of liberty for you. We're going to do it, whether you like it or not.

It’s really not that sinister or complicated. I was thinking along your lines until I actually researched it.

My guess is that Obama was born in Kenya. Other FReepers have correctly pointed out that if his mother was an American he can be born on the moon and he would still be an American citizen.

The law says his American mother had to be a citizen for 5 years after the age of 14 if Dad was a foreigner. Anne Dunham was 18 when she gave birth. Do the math.

That’s why this is being covered up.

That Constitution is a pesky document. That’s why libs wipe their ass with it.

Much like every other law that is Unconstitutional this will probably go nowhere. Does that make you happy?

I'll ask you not to take the Lord's name in vain.

Until he can show a simple $10.00 piece of paper this will not be finished. What part of the US Constitution do you not understand?
