Rush just said that Obama isn't afraid of him. With one signature, Obama could spell the end to this show. This has to be why he and others will not question the Birth Certificate issue.

The cost to maintain the infrastructure for satellite radio is expensive and it has to compete with not only terrestrial radio but with the iPod and iPhone.
For example, the iPod that I use in my car has more than 30,000 songs and my iPhone can pick up more than 2000 radio stations via the Internet.
Why would I want to pay a monthly service fee for something that I can get for free?

Thus far, no one has been able to cite the name of one attorney that has argued a NBC case FOR Obama at the SCOTUS or any other court in the country.

What "court battles" has Obama fought in regards to the NBC Question? If he is in fact fighting all these "court battles" he must have teams of lawyers arguing his case in front of the SCOTUS and courts throughout the land.
Interestingly, while you say he is fighting "court battles" you are unable to name what court these battles have taken place and what lawyers Obama has working for him on these cases.

Wrong again, per the U.S. Supreme Court. Someone born in the United States never loses their citizenship unless he (not his parents) intentionally renounces it. (Afroyim v. Rusk).

The attorney spouting busy work in Keyes v. Bowan is Fredric Woocher of Strumwasser & Woocher, LLP.

Instead, petitioners have filed a multitude of cases to the SCOTUS and other various courts throughout the land and every case has been rejected.
No need to argue a case or spend a dime on attorney fees when cases are not accepted by a court.

2. Justice Gray in Wong Kim Ark stated he was a "native born citizen" and he clearly know what a "natural born Citizen" referred to in the Constitution. That is ostensibly why he stopped short, since there hereditary right was not referred to in "native" but was in "natural."
