Miami-A doctor's license was revoked Friday in the case of a teenager who planned to have an abortion but instead gave birth to a baby she says was killed when clinic staffers put it into a plastic bag and threw it in the trash. The doctor, Pierre Jean-Jacques Renelique, was not present when the baby was born, but the Florida Medical Board upheld Department of Health allegations that he falsified medical records, inappropriately delegated tasks to unlicensed personnel and committed malpractice.
Joseph Harrison, the attorney representing Renelique at the license revocation hearing in Tampa, said Renelique has not decided whether to appeal.
The state attorney's office, meanwhile, said its criminal investigation into the incident is ongoing and no charges have been filed. A fetus born alive cannot be put to death even if its mother intended to have an abortion, police said when the incident occurred in 2006.
The baby's mother, Sycloria Williams, sued Renelique, the clinic and its staff in January, seeking damages.
She alleges in her suit that "she witnessed the murder of her daughter" and said she "sustained severe emotional distress, shock and psychic trauma which have resulted in discernible bodily injury."
"This is not about a pot of gold," said Tom Pennekamp, her attorney. "What this is about is right and wrong and making a statement, making sure it doesn't happen to other young women."

Unfortunately, Dr’s seem to be able to easily reestablish their license in another state since like everything else with government, it’s poorly run. Hopefully a 2nd degree murder will follow...

The doctor is probably Haitian, and I imagine the girl is, too. It’s the usual situation of somebody exploiting his immigrant community, probably with money straight from the Ford Foundation.
It's our culture. The whole mindset of "It's my body! It's just tissue!" has been promoted ad hoc just so it's easier to go to the clinic.
Course, that only makes the reality all the more jarring when you realize it wasn't just 'tissue'. I think that was the case here.

Also, I think the loss of medical (or legal) licenses are temporary in most states.
The staff worker who dropped the live baby into a bag should be arrested for murder too.
Leave liberals alone in this area guys. They’re exterminating their own kind. It’s a “survival of the fittest” type thing where abortion is concerned. Christian Conservatives and their children do not murder their offspring. If our liberal enemies want to kill their own... let them.

She had an epiphany and foresaw the miraculous potential for a big lawsuit.
Even by the accepted laws and court rulings in existence today there was a murder and, according to this report, the doctor concealed it.
There is criminal culpability here in my opinion.
I understand your point about letting liberals abort their own, but Christians should always fight all abortions. In the eyes of God, these defenseless little children are all potential Christians and deserve our protection.
