It's looking pretty bad. The liberals want to run this government like a dictatorship: end all debate and push their socialist agenda through congress as quickly as possible, bypassing all standard procedures in order to do so. I'm afraid this is the end of democracy as we know it.

Next, if anything in their agenda for change is threatened by a filibuster, they will simply change the Senate rules regarding cloture down from 60 to 50.

Increasingly, the Dem-controlled Congress and WH is looking more and more like a thugocracy. This is typical of leftists trying to create or maintain authorian rule and we should expect more.
The Obamoron hinted that he would take this approach when he lectured Congressional Republicans about being part of the group and not listening to Rush. As long as the Republicans oppose his socialist agenda, we can expect to see more marginalizing of the opposition. This is another reason to NEVER again elect someone to high political office who has no experience. The Obamoron has less of a resume than Jimmuh Cahteh had when we made the mistake of electing him POTUS.
