I seriously think it was the Cass Sunstein stuff, because if you read Liberty and Tyranny, Mark really covers him a lot.
I have been reading about ACORN from, articles by Larry Johnson. John Fund and others well over a year ago and long before Beck started talking about it.
Some folks need to learn that Beck was not first with this.
I will say that Beck never reveals sources would be nice if he credited the conservative sites all other talk shows show that respect especially Levin and Rush. He only quotes the founders keep that in mind next time you listen or watch him.
I know you don’t want to hear this, but Beck is having an effect.. so, yes, ratings do count and, yes Ingraham bombed on TV, she is great on the radio, but even when she fills in for BOR she is not a good Teleprompter reader... and, frankly, I would not rush to sit down and watch Levin every night, because his voice after a few minutes really starts to irk me.. Beck delivers serious information with a little bit of entertainment thrown in and that keeps people coming back for more, in addition, he goes to great lengths to connect the dots so people can all understand exactly who is who and why they are dangerous to the Republic.
I’ve been trying to watch for it myself.
Like I said, I’ve reread L&T a million times. The book frustrated me at first because it is so brilliant that my mind couldn’t get around the information. I had to read it chapter by chapter to get it.
Then it became like a bible to me. I think I know it pretty well. I don’t remember an exact quote but if it happens again, I hope one of us can catch it.

Levin hates going on TV. Hannity hounds him the few times he has been on his program.
Now, of course I can’t show you.
Mark did not want to start this publicly, but ultimately he decided he had no choice but to embarrass Beck. Mark did not want to possibly hurt the conservative movement or split it with this BS, but should he allow his work to be stolen?

Cass Sustein information is everywhere, WND has covered him incessently as well as others... a person would have to be under a rock to not know who this guy is.. that Mark covered him in his book was a good thing, but that doesn’t make the information on the guy something no one else can mention in the public domain... heck if that was the case Hannity would be guilty of plagiarism every time he aired.
Rush uses stuff from FR all the time on his show. Never heard anyone here whine about not getting credit for it.
If that is levins gripe its a very childish one and if that is the actual basis for his attack on beck....its pathetic.
Mark hates doing television. He does it rarely and only because his friend asks him.
I don’t think any of us Beck watchers think he was first with this information — it’s called research... heck RUSH uses the same research for his show as does Hannity... what Beck does is delivers it to people in a way they can really “get” it... and he often has people like Fund on his show to discuss articles or research they have performed.
One other thing on the Levin thread Mark accused Beck of plagerizing Breitbart and Beck has Breitbart of people who work for him on his show all the time...
Indeed. I recall having a battle over mortages given to illegals with Tony Snow, back before he was in the WH of course. Acorn was key in this.
Interesting since in the post he made on the Levin thread last Tuesday he accused Beck and BOR of conspiring to keep him off Fox....
Good I am glad that Beck is doing well but when he undermines the months of work he has done on the radical nature of this administration goes on with Couric and throws fire on all the arguments and revelations he has made.
So he is confusing people like yourself I dont stand with a tv show host just like the libs who have dribble hanging out of there mouths when they hear Obama.And to the point of yelling God if you dont have passion about a topic like this then you might as well stick your head in the sand.
You dear leader Beck is wrong when it comes to a 3rd party 90% of republicans voted against all these bailouts but its both sides because this talk show host tells you to think that way. How is that any better than the drones that think a certain way that opposes all reason because our dear leader tells us?

What makes Beck effective are his graphics.
The white board, the chalk board, the venn diagrams, hellsbells even the rubber frog. He takes it down to basic level where even moms like me can understand.
Then why did he post in his post last Tuesday that Beck and BOR are conspiring (Mark’s word) to keep him off Fox???
I never said he said he came up with it and you know that I didn’t.
I said that he spoke the words without stating they were from Mark Levin’s book, letting the listening think they were his own.
This is wrong.
