It is my best guess that Obama’s attorneys figured that once Judge Carter dismissed it was over… far from it! Orly has come back with a strong offense. For sure the Justice Department (Obama, et al) is doing its best to stop Judge Carter from approving the transfer to Judge Lamberth in Washington DC. Orly filed a nice response to their opposition.
Below are some highlighted excerpts from the filing:
Orly has pointed out that Judge Carter promised to hear the case on its merits. The Justice Department defending Obama conned the Judge into dismissing and used the excuse of “jurisdiction” claiming only Quo Warranto can be brought in Washington DC.
Orly said, “fine, let’s move the case.” She is asking Judge Carter to move the case to Judge Lamberth’s court in DC. This would serve to best expedite the case, including discovery.
Orly is making sure that Judge Carter is aware of the fact that the Justice Department and Eric Holder have been stalling for many months now. An original Quo Warranto was filed in Judge Taylor’s Washington DC court (he has since retired.. couldn’t stand the heat in my opinion).. that was back in March, 2009. The Justice Department has done everyting in its power to stall, hide, ignore the case..
Orly is telling the Judge that the longer he waits to allow “we the people” to seek justice in court the more damage that Obama does to our Country. The Justice Department is basically defending a Usuper in office.. the entire system appears to be corrupt.. of course, Eric Holder is simply a puppet for Obama.
We hope and pray that Judge Carter allows this case to be transferred.. Obama will have a much tougher time getting the case dismissed in Washington DC if Carter allows the transfer.. Any kind of ruling against Obama will set a precedent that could literally force the Court into action.

A future court challenge can simply point to the fact that everyone knew Barry was born a British subject...yet the country did nothing to stop it (or to "fix it" in place). Precedent set.
Couple that with the state run media, the overwhelmingly liberally educated sheeple in this country and hollywood, it's quite easy (now that we see it's been done before) to imagine that next time will be worse.

The only problem here in what you are saying is that not only does Obama get to have a birth certificate from the State of Hawaii, but according to the official statement from the State of Hawaii -- he gets the confirmation that he was born in Hawaii.
And not only does he get the confirmation that he was born in Hawaii (and not merely getting the birth certificate from Hawaii) he also gets a confirmation that he is a natural born American citizen.
Now, if by looking over their records and examining all that they have -- they then come up with the confirmation that Obama was born in Hawaii and Obama is a natural born American citizen... I don't think you're going to find out much else about that, no matter what other things you get from the State of Hawaii...

No, that wouldn't be true. For the sake of argument for this assertion, let's make the assumption that a crime is being committed and that Obama is not qualified and "he gets away with the crime"...
Okay... you've got a crime, no one prosecutes the crime, thus -- the argument you're making is that if a crime is not prosecuted and everyone "knew" that a crime was committed -- then this sets a precedent for someone else being able to commit the same crime... i.e., another candidate could do the same thing and no one could stop him using the requirements of the Constitution, because someone else did it and "got away with it" without anyone doing anything about it.
Well..., you could apply that to murder and say that if someone is not prosecuted for murder and/or they get away with it and nothing is done about it -- then this sets a precendent for murder to be done in the future and using the "precedent" of saying that "someone else committed murder and got away with it and no one did anything about it" so I should be able to now get away with it, because of the "precedent that was set" (from before)... LOL...
I would like to see something try to get away with murder in the future, using that legal argument... :-)

Yeah, I understand what you're saying, and in that I would agree. I should have qualified my statement better and said it didn't do any good in electing the GOP ticket... :-) (that was actually what I meant...).
But, yes, it's a process that a candidate must go through and they have to "grow" into the position and gain "stature" and the process of going through an election like this can contribute to that process for a candidate.
And by the way, did you hear that Sarah Palin has gotten a job on Fox News? :-)

Oh, good grief! There will be a presidential election in 2012. With hard work and focus, it will be shades of 1980 with a strong conservative speaking an articulate message of prosperity running against a weak, unpopular incumbent.
All this talk about Obama suspending the elections and making himself some kind of "dictator for life" is just silly and reminiscent of the same unhinged paranoia that elements on the left wailed about Bush.

I think you would do better working on that state legislation to get the birth certificate of all candidates running for office, and not letting them be on the ballot, unless they supplied the birth certificate...
That would actually get you a lot closer to what you want to do with Obama, than looking up obscure definitions for fun... LOL...
You know it would be precedent setting. Since you could care less about the office being usurped, you’ve been trying since the beginning to dissuade people from taking notice and/or work to expose the usurper.
