Also, the surplus from the late 90s was not from some "Pay as you go" law. It was from the Republicans winning the majority in 1994 and not spending all the money XXX-42 wanted.

The DEms fingerprints are so all over all the major hiccups this nation has faced for years.
They don’t govern, they corrupt. They steal, they rot the republic from within.
Obama is a piss poor excuse of a leader.. but excels at deflecting blame or responsibility. That will only cut it for so long. That is why he is acting to stay so solid in his direction and his agenda and so ready to blame others to achieve it. What a sad tale will be told down the road should he succeed.
